Last week I got a communication from i-mint that I have won a movie tickets for there imint you are king campaign. Since I have already forgotten about this campaign…I was happy to hear that I have won something from someone whom I don't know much.

Friends…. I watched the movie luck by chance with this free movie ticket from i-mint. Now I am used to this i-mint card…I use it frequently to earn i-mint points which I can redeemed for cool goodies on there website. I have redeemed some points earlier also.

The have good products for redemption, they are branded products and comes with nice packaging. Normally, the products were delievered in 8- 10 days. The good thing is that every time they offer some good and new product for redemption.

There redemption catalogue is good. They do offers some nice event passes also.But there are few glitches with there website. Sometime when you are completing there redemption process there might be a server problem…in that case you have to go through the process from the beginning

Last months in my credit card statement I came to know that my reward points have been transferred to a company called i-mint. I didn’t received any communication from them so I checked there website https://imintpoints.com from where I got there call centre numbers.

Before finding the details of my i-mint card, I thought to get more information on i-mint from there website.The website looks ok with lot of things to offer. They have section for rewards redemptions….deals to mint and new offers.

The navigation on there website was ok. But I feel there website should have something more to offer like customers can check the latest offers in there cities on the website or they can even have complaints or suggestion board.

Finally to the topic…I call there customer care centre..where the executive was kind enough to update me on my i-mint card dispatch details and the status of my rewards points ….which were transferred from icici bank to i-mint. Finally I am waiting for my i-mint card…..Hope I will get it by this weekend.

I am imint member and i have the same experience which all the others bloggers has. It's bad. But this time i-mint really surprised me. I redeemed my i-mint points for sonu nigam concert Dt 11th Oct  08 from i-mint. Since I believe that every time I had redeem, i-mint has done a goof up for me. This time i thought i will take a chance and attend the concert. I got the passes on time.

I really like the experience I had at the concert. This time i felt that i-mint really cared for their customers. There was a nice arrangement for i-mint customers at the concert. A separate entry and exit gateway.The i-mint desk at the concert were very helpful.

Atlast i feel that its the time for i-mint to wake up and address the customer grievances and provide the value addition to the customers.

My experience with imint is quite good this time. I had planned to gift mp3 player to my wife on her birthday. Since I am already an imint member, I always call the i-mint customer care for new products available for redemption since there website is not working for most of the time. But this time since call centre were too busy to attend my call, I logged on to their website https://imintpoints.com for new products available for redemption.Hence I found philips mp3 player available for redemption at the affordable points exchange.

I redeem my points through their website for philips mp3 player without considering the delivery time of the products. But even though I got the products in time just before my wife birthday and hence was able to surprise her on her birthday. Thanks to imint on timely delivery.

Still I feel imint has to go a long way to provide value to the customers
