Iken / mexus team is unable to sort out any technical problem.the DVD purchased does not work and they have no solution to fix it.even after multiple calls they always say "we will revert to you" but that never happens customer support always says they will speak to their seniors and advise. Which never happens do not buy any iken /mexus education product.

No customer service at all.and no technical know how to resolve issues.

I recently went to my son's room to ask him to shut down the computer and get back to studies. When I saw what was happening on the screen, I was actually a little surprised. My son was checking out a cool animated video on this website, and to add more to it, it was on mathematics.

I am very happy that you guys ave come up with this concept where my kid doesn't waste his time doing time pass on the internet and is now actually hooked on to https://iken.in he has started making presentations and basic videos on windows movie maker so that he can upload them on the website, and earn some virtual currency.

Ok, let’s get it straight. Text books are boring. How many of you would actually pick up a science text book over an Archie’s for leisure reading? Or for that matter how many children would open their text books and read them in their free time? Well, the answer is obvious.

I read about Iken Books sometime back on an education website. The concept is quite innovative in the Indian education milieu and has not been attempted in the industry before, from what I know.

The lead character Jagdish "JC" Chattopadhyay, goes through his daily life and comes across situations which help him understand the science and information fundamentals behind it. Along with Dr. O, a mentor like character created for the educational series, JC learns "on his own" intuitively by exploring his natural surroundings.

The "comic" textbooks are laden with exercises, study notes, educational puzzles & games, quizes, etc. which help students to learn and retain what they have read a lot better. Not only is this a great way to learn in a fun way, but also is a very practical knowledge retention approach to learning beyond the rote method followed in all schools today. I was a little apprehensive about the comic book format, thinking it might not be effective enough to help students learn earlier. But believe you me, the course material is very precise and very effective in keeping a student engaged with his studies and curriculum.

The best part is with Iken Books, one can revise each chapter or the entire syllabus for a term in a day maximum for a subject which would take a long time with a textbook or a guide. Also, the exploratory, story telling format of the books may help in encouraging latent curiosity amongst learners which is often shot down in schools.

The quality of Iken Books as product is far superior then what I had imagined earlier.The books come highly recommended from those who have had access to them.The word-of-mouth for them amongst parents and teachers who have used them is quite strong, That's how I came to know about them.
