I live in the UK and wanted to send flowers to a team member in Gurgaon. Having never ordered or sent anything in India before I was a little hesitant at first but the IGP website provided everything I needed. The transaction was easy, they kept in contact via messaging and tracking and the flowers arrived on time. Great service, thank you IGP.com

It has happened more times than I can count. You cannot count on same day delivery on special days because IGP does not deliver. Period.

Even when you enquire about order status, they cannot tell you anything beyond which is displayed on site, and they cannot even themselves contact the delivery agent. Despicable service and even worse clueless customer support, who are are mainly relaying what is already given on site. They would do better to employ more delivery agents rather than the useless customer service staff.

I ordered birthday cake and it was not as per images shown on website. Complaint taken but no response in an hour. Kind off you are on your own post delivery.

Highly disappointed by delivery service. Eventhough we paid express delivery charges, delivery was not done and the excuse was also very irrelevant. Lack of accountability and worst delivery service by blue dart.

The cake I ordered was made with purpose so it doesn't waste and just to make it serve the birthday celebration. Everyone loved the taste n design of cake. Happy about the selection I made last moment

I tried IGP for the first time to order a gift with no expectation as i had not tried this platform before. But to my surprise the experience was almost perfect. From the options available on the website to smoothness of ordering process and great delivery service. On time and punctual guy with great communication before delivery itself. Very satisfied with the product and cake as well. Few improvements i feel can be done wrt to gift wrap options by default without customer having to find it.(i couldn't) other than that it was perfect

The packaging and the gifts are nice. The price range is a little on the higher side though. But the delivery and the service is really nice and the products are also good quality.
