Icici First Data Merchant Services

I am using Amazon pay ICICI credit card, Upto the month of sep-2021 they were able to operate things properly and able to credit the rewards points into the Amazon wallet.

For the month of oct-2021, the entire statement they posted lot of double/triple entries and end up getting a Negative figure amazon cashback figure of points -558.

But my total Amount payable is Rs 8069.

This merchant service company provide merchant solutions like Accepting payment via Credit cards and Debit cards.

I have been a user of it since feburary.

The executive firstly told me the charges of the transaction i.e 1.20%+GST .

I agreed and installed the POS machine of the company later on i made transcation and the Charges which were deducted from my account were 1.85%+GST.

All of there staff are making Fraud with the customer and are making customer fool.

After this charges i call the executive who had installed the POS machine He didnt responded to me and starting ignoring my phone calls and stopped receiving my calls.

Later on i wrote E-Mail to its merchant care and didnt received any solution.

Customer care called me and asked the matter

I told them full story but the didnt provide any satisfactory answer to me.

I called each and every staff of ICICI First Data to whom i can reach

But all of the staff were so arrogant and irresponsible they also started not picking up my phone calls.

Some of them had put my number in Blact lisr so that i cant call them.

Even there Manager Is not picking my phone call regarding the Extra Charges and the fraud done by there staff.

Very worst worst worst service.

I dont have words to describe there worstness.

If there would be any minus marking i would give them -1 Million marking.
