I am new to here. Just I want to share a worst experience of domain hosting services that we suffering from past one month with InternetWorldWide.org/HostingSeva.com.

One month back on 31st May, 2012 we contacted InternetWorldWide.org to transfer our 2 domains which are going to expire on 4th and 6th June, 2012. The concern person is Miss/Mrs. Ayesha , very busy lady on phone. Always her no is very very busy. If its ringing means, she never attends our call. How much business she doing I don't know over the phone. If you want to speak with her you have try minimum 10 times and 11th time someone attends the call and says she is not on her chair or she is in meeting. This is happening from past one month.

Somehow, payment done on 5th June, 2012, on that day Ayesha told me, to transfer the 2 domains it takes one week only, and you will get the details after one week. on the 21st July, 2012 we got the details of IP's, user names and passwords. Finally they rectify problem after one month. Worst support, response.

Another lady is there named Padmashree, Administrator , how they appointed her I dont understand. such a careless woman and irresponsible woman.

They cont give you the proper information for rectifying the problem. If you inquire today they will respond after one week.

They have give 24 lines( land line), no one will attend the call immediately, you have to try twice or thrice.

if you have suffered with this people, kindly share your experience and make others to dont go and sit in their laps.

Stupid and dangerous Companies in hosting industry - beware - I paid 6500- with no service for 2 Months days when I asked for refund the answer I got was this " we dont do refund, you can do what ever you want to" - Plz dont dont dont ever ever ever take any service from this company.

Honestly I was so pissed off that I even thought of going to their office. These guys dont care about police complaints, legal notices and every thing else its a big mistake if you still buy any service from them . TRUST ME GUYS YOUR ARE better off in fact you are lucky if you are not a customer of https://hostingseva.com or INTERNET world wide or space to let - all these companies are same and are dangerous

Two years back I had accidentally contacted these people to move my website from one crappy web host provider to hostingseva.com. It was only to get some information. Since then, I have been receiving spam sms on a daily basis and emails. No matter what you do, how many calls you make to them to stop them from doing it, the spam will not stop. So Beware!

I also had a chance to interact with the technical team and their English is amazing. Definition of broken English. They have no clue what a sub domain is. So I guess, anyone who registers here is going to have fun.
