Holidayscrowd is a wonderful place for someone who Is willing to go solo, group or couple. They will make customised itinerary for your needs. Their hotels were really good. I went to Leh, They provided 2times meal per day Breakfast was normal but dinner was really good. U really get chance to interact with strangers. Our trip coordinators Nityam and Anjali were really energetic and were constantly keeping a check on head count amid treeking.

Frustration with Lack of Response to Queries

Dear Holidays Crowd,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention my disappointment with the lack of response to my queries. As a customer, I expect timely and efficient communication, which unfortunately has been lacking in my recent interactions with your agent Neha, She is so busy in checking my WhatsApp status , but no keen to get some business out of us . Due to her non responsiveness

Despite reaching out multiple times regarding various inquiries, I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment . This lack of responsiveness has greatly hindered my ability to plan and finalize important travel arrangements.

I understand that agents may be busy, but consistent and prompt communication is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. I urge you to address this issue promptly and implement measures to improve your communication channels.

As a loyal customer, I hope to see positive changes in the near future.

Sharing my experience with Holiday crowd and Neha on our recent tour to sikkim(March 2024).

I got Neha's(Holidays crowd) number through a reference. When I searched for reviews I found mixed reviews here. But since my reference had already travelled to sikkim with Holidays crowd, I was confident.

Right from the day we received the quotation, Neha provided wonderfull support. She was always available on call to clarify our queries. Even if she missed our call, she ensured to call back after some time and listened patiently to our queries and clarified them. The hotels she had provided for us was also matching our needs.

All through our stay in sikkim we were able to reach Neha if there were any issues and she immediately resolved them. With regards to drivers, it was an seamless arrangement and all the drivers called us a day in advance and updated us on the itenary for the next day. There was an issue with my luggage during my travel and Neha used all her coordination skills to ensure my luggage reached me safely. She could have easily said it was my problem and washed her hands off, however she went a step ahead and helped us. I will always remember this nice gesture from her.

Whatever may be the travel agency, the support staff who interact with us become the face of the travel agency.We were really lucky to have someone like Neha as a support contact for us.Her customer centric mindset and her knowledge on sikkim is much appreciated. We just enjoyed our stay and all our needs were taken care by Neha and her team in Holidays crowd.

We had the most saddest experience with Holidaycrowd. The moment you login a query, their agents follows up rigorously for payment. But once it's all made, we need to follow up for everything. They do not ensure customers well being and safety. I had very poor experience from the agent Pooja who did not bother to guide us. The driver stopped during our return and demanded money for taking long route. He did not move until we paid him, though we had paid excess to holidaycrowd and they were supposed to return money to us. We were also not informed of change in driver on the last day. They engaged with another sub agent Sandesh travels who do not treat customers well. I would strictly advise traveller's to be extremely careful. Indeed a bitter experience after booking a premium package

I had a bad experience in Vietnam with this tour company. They don't listen to customer's complaint once they get paid off. I my tour i complain about the service they don't even bother to reply at that time and after words started arguing on that. Even I was asked to pay extra amount at the time of check out. Worst experience. i won't recommend anyone to take service from holiday crowd.

Would not even give even 1 star. I booked a Bali trip with them and was totally misled from the beginning…. After paying advance and multiple follow ups they did not share hotel vouchers and were asking for extra money more than the agreed upon. They changed the itinerary after my frnds reached bali. Their itinerary mentioned sightseeing at Nusa Penida however when they reached bali holidayscrowd team said sightseeing means transfer from One hotel to another and they had to travel on their own. On the last day, the itinerary mentioned Cab for 10 hrs however the driver wasn’t ready to take to places that my frnds chose and was only willing to take to locations that were 15-30 mins away from their stay. When my frnds asked they have hired the car for 10 hrs holidayscrowd team started to be really rude and my frnds had to travel on their own even though they paid full amount of the cab for 10 hrs. Ruined their entire trip and gave them a lot of stress during their honeymoon. Neha and Kalidas are the worst and have misled them on various accounts.

it should be names as money extraction company i booked my trip there and before starting my journy they started to ask for more money i have applied in consumer court about this incident

Its too good.. Please do choose this without any second thinking. Best for your holiday plans. Facilities are again too good and the best part is its pricing. Your this choice will not make you to think about anyone option. Choose this! And let the change begins!

Through Holidays crowd I went for Bali trip from 15 May 2023 to 22 May 2023. I thankful to Mr Rahul, Neha & Bhubika for this wonder trip. Only suggestion is to improve communication with customer. DMC of Bali Mr Yandi also is very co-operative. you may book your trip through Holidays Crosd . Bibhutosh

Very bad in management. They will follow u up till u give the complete fees but once you give all the money, they will not entertain u at all. They don’t answer the call. We need to pay parking charges. Driver don’t wait for points to complete. Hotels are far away from city area. And not at all in good shape. Hence won’t recommending to go with this comapny for any trips.

I was really satisfied with their services and support. They helped me a lot to gave a best experience of my life.

This was my first trip with my family and they give all the best services to us.

Please don't ever book a package with them.

They are fraud and will cheat you.

We had interacted with NEHA, such a irresponsible, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL lady. Until she got the money, she used to keep calling us for payment. SHE gave false promises (3star hotels) in the quotation and booked Oyo rooms and bad rated hotels once the payment was done.

We had the worst experience with these ppl and they got an advance of 40% as initial pay.

After such irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour, we had to undergo a loss of 60k.

But still they are not even refunding the amount, we had paid as initial payment. (Even after deducting the amount for doing nothing.)

Now they never pick up the calls also for updates on refund.

1st day at peeling hotel was good but the service was not as much as good

Lachen and lachung hotels are not at all good and the foods and service of their hotels are literally bad

Lachung floretto hotel is the worst hotel in whole trip ! There was a cold about 10 to 11 degree but their no power or no hot water to bath not even to drink not at all one glass

If we inform these all things to the agent of holiday crowd Mr Vivek Jain he just ignored it . We did all the payment according to them and if we delay some amount they just say the lot about it but now their service is the worst .

Note: But must say about this our 2nd day at Gangtok Ridan Hotel this is the best hotel and we received best service in this hotel .

Worst travel company we have booked till today. They don't even understand the travellers situation and response you recieve during booking is different from what you receive when you go for cancellation.

I would not recommend anyone taking trip with this travel agency. I don't want to even give 1 rating to this travel agency. Since this is the least rating I could give I am giving 1.

We had a death in family and could not go for the trip booked. We have asked them to post pone the trip as we cannot travel with current situation and they refused to do so. When asked for refund we were not even given single penny back though hotel booked has refunded the amount which was confirmed from hotel via Email. If you are booking for a trip you have to ensure hook or crook to go for trip irrespective of family situation

Sikkim and Darjeeling trip planned by Neha from Holidayscrowd has become one of our best experience so far.

The offered package was so perfect, it included everything and the way team has managed our queries and responded so promptly and

politely is so commendable.

Also, once we enquired for the process of cancellation, team has been supportive even than and told us all the ways and available options, never did they change their behavior.

Looking forward to the association for yet another such adventure.
