FASTag is made a MUST when on highway.. Else pay double cash.. N so all of us who buy a car rush to buy tht.. N its a very easy process if we want to buy it.. it's a very tough process when it comes to getting refund.. please don't think you will get your refund of your car FASTag account just by delinking it from your bank account .. it is a different process.. lots of people do it and assume they get their money back and they don't check their bank accounts whether they received it or not.. and some people don't worry about that.. imagine minimum of Rs. 200 per FASTag and lacs and lacs of people Selling cars and think of the money there.. no FASTag sellers are going to guide you on that.. they are only there for taking money and not to help you get refund.. please message me in case you want help on FASTag closure and refund.. # refund # Fastag refund

Fastag Support. Never ever, ever ever, buy a Fastag from Axis Bank. The worst ever service from them. The worst service ever. Neither the bank staff nor the call center doesnt have any info on this product. Recharge is a pain. And if you run into any technical issue, they are absolutely helpless.they overdraw your account due to technical faliure manually and dont return your money for months.

Very Quick to accept order but even after 24 Days they are unable to start processing and status shows as Validating Order. They claim to process in 24 hours and after validation Fast Tag will get delivered within 14 Days. All LIES.
