I had booked a non AC sleeper travel from Cleartrip where the departure was of 10 pm from Nagpur bus arrived at 10.30 pm and they were so rude and busy that the bus left Nagpur on 12 am, it was already 2 hrs late.
Bed sheet was so dirty it was looking like some one must have vomited over it , I was so mad called the customer support to atleast get the bed sheet replaced because the driver and other support members were very very arrogant and they already said they don't have extra pair of bed sheet and driver was explaining that those stains are of samosa chutney spelt over it so the stain was not an issue for him , so after calling customer support I got absolute no service I had to remove the bed sheet as there were no options then I got the another suprise the mattress was so dusty and it was torn having holes, I had explained everything to customer care who was able to do nothing.
After some time the bus was occupied by some random passengers who were traveling from Nagpur to Pune without booking and those passengers were managing in the tiny space which we use to keep footwears and there was no space even to walk I had called customer care and provided the pictures as well which was as of no use.
Bus was broken at Aurangabad which had no battery to restart the bus so people had to push the bus to start, charging ports were not working and they had no boot space remained to fit our luggage so we had to carry it on our seats, seating composition shown in the graphic while booking was 2x1 so I booked my single seat and there was another suprise it became 2x2 and we had to adjust from Nagpur, at Aurangabad co-driver requested us to adjust 3 person over reserved seat which was not possible at all, we were already 2 people with luggage so he was expecting that we can seat to adjust with third person rather than travelling sleeping, driver had taken no stop because if he had to shut down the engine there was no battery to restart it so we had no options to get fresh.
Driver changed the decided route to get another passanger so the journey of 14 hrs became horrible experience of 20hrs, people were fighting with driver and all the staff in the bus, few passengers left the bus at Aurangabad and managed other means of transport to get to their destination, if you have enough money time and patience and willing to experience such horrible journey then only you can book with Cleartrip or don't even think of taking journey Cleartrip.
