I was purchase a supreme book hardcopy but in ACE English book 17 pages are missing I asked them to replace they directly say they will not replace the book. They said management will not replace. Very bad customer care service in Adda247.I contacted them to know about details of coaching classes.They behave very badly.Irresponsible talk only.Very bad performance.

They run a business not a educational institution. They are playing with students career. Not completed the course within the stipulated time

Dear frnds, i would like to share my experience about adda247..i have purchased course recently..here they cheat without providing demo classes.. Counsellor or agent will promise false words about refund, but strictly i m saying that no refunds are provided.. vedios are not subject worthy..worst faculty..instead of purchasing course better throw money in dustbin..never ever go for adda247..they provide number to purchase, but for refund or raising complaints...

Pls don't purchase anything from Adda247, Limited material is provided that too after repeated follow ups, My exams are scheduled on 16 Feb and till today I have not even received 10% of study material, what was promised at the time of purchase. Staff who doesn't have basic speaking courtesy.

Free material on you tube has better content than Adda is providing,

I bought SSC CHSL Maha pack and i cannot explain you how wrost experience I had with Adda247. They don't provide classes and videos in a sequence wise and subject wise. They do not have problem solving faculty, they'll uploade old videos. They are just cheating. Honestly i will recommend to not to buy any subscription pack. Better you should study from youtube

Some faculty are good some excellent yet fact remains Praveen Rana is worst teacher here, just look at his videos looks like he just got up from slumber, had a smoke and stared giving video lessons

I am preparing for cuet 2023 and I've purchased the course from Adda247.

Here's my honest opinion:

The teachers are just excellent, every concept is explained properly and in detail, the mcqs they provide are very helpful and at the end of the class sometimes practice sheets are given. This makes the topic just a lot easier for the students. During live classes every doubt is taken into account and teachers are very cooperative.

But, the timing of most the classes are not according to the schedule given and clashing. From 18th of november our history class started which was supposed to be held from 4-5 pm according to the schedule was held from 3-4pm

Which clashes with two other classes pol sc and numerical ability or reasoning classes.

You have no option but to attend only one class and miss the other two classes.

Besides the recordings are given very late. You have no other option but to be stuck in a backlog for a long time.

It's been 1 week but still no changes has been made in the schedule to make it easier for the students to do class on the proper time.

Thus, take into account all these things before purchasing the course.

These people are doing scam with students. They will not give live classes and even recordings are worst and most of the recordings are not available. They will deny refund if you are not happy with their classes. Worst platform to study

I purchased SSC CGL course from ADDA 247.

But on the very first day there was only a single live class which was of half an hour only but the schedule was of one hour and when I asked about the other classes which were scheduled, they didn't reply. The screen shot is attached below. The teachers are worst and not upto the standards of SSC CGL they will tell you to buy there book only. They will not give you genuine advice.

Never ever purchase any paid batches from Adda247. They will literally pressurize you to purchase the batch before a specified date and once you purchase it the batches will start 15-20 days late. Classes will be scheduled as and when they wish to schedule it. In between classes faculties will keep getting multiple calls and that counts in the study duration even if the call is for 15-20 mins. There is no way you can contact them if you face any problem. Keep scratching your head and solve your own problem. The classes won't even happen for which you have purchased the batch. And the sad part is they are not even concerned of notifying it to the students.
