Pathetic management, no response from management for any issues. Have to send multiple reminders to get noticed. Will make you run behind them to get a simple TC, Its second time we are facing this issue.and this time after multiple reminders they send us TC which is simple printout taken in a normal paper.so much disappointed in their standards

I had a frustrating experience with 21K online school. A lack of proper guidance and monitoring of lesson objectives and outcomes can definitely hinder a student's learning experience. Additionally, just providing recordings of missed lessons without additional support or resources may not effectively help students catch up. It's important for online schools to prioritize effective communication, clear learning objectives, and provide comprehensive resources to support student success.
My experience with 21K school has been very satisfying I am very satisfied by overall personality development of my child.i am very impressed with the teaching methodology which is making the student more confident.
I would like to appreciate the back-end support where they respond immediately and solve the queries.
In short the teachers, staff and curriculum is excellent.

I made my child join this online school a year back and I was little afraid like how it will go and keeping other aspects in mind I was nervous too but after one year I must say this is one of the best online school I came across having best faculties which helped my child growing and helping him in overall development and the plus point in this school is my child class mates are from across the world so he learn many culture and growing much better from what I was expecting. I must say my child is in safe hands and I am happy with his overall development.
Good teachers with good academics, their method of explaining is really very good to be considered .My 4 years doughter is learning quite very well and the progress is excellent

The teachers and service are amazing. The administration is open-minded and thinks outside the box to make a successful educational experience for the students.
When my kid join 21k School I was worried about the online schooling but they prove that online schooling is also great platform to educate the child, even they are more active towards their students, If the student having any tech issue they have excellent tech team who always ready to support, excellent teaching faculty they just not teach the lesson or completing the syllabus they also council the student regarding their activities also guid them for the future.
I am so greatfull that I enroll my chil in 21k school.
It's an unsustainable and impractical education model. My son was in this school for 6 months and the quality of teachers and support staff is horrendous. Most seem like they just started their careers or were rejected from regular schools. Teachers are rude and uncommunicative.
There is poor teacher/student/parent communication.
Obviously a child needs to meet his peers to grow and develop. This is impossible in such a school. Studying in this school will seriously impede a child's personality and education.
I joined my 2 kids , paid fee and completed all manditory process and which is very huge, coming to classes.... playing is more than teachings always making kids to join in other meeting rooms and discuss by your self. Daily logging is also a big challenge we need to connect to technician daily which takes more than half an hour.
21k school is nothing but to rob money from parents technically spoiling life of kids , I request all the parents who are planning to join in this school please change your decision. For all the subjects you will find only a single teacher.I asked them why they are more negative comments than positive they gave us an answers which are very convincing don't believe..... we lost our money paid fee for 2 kids and again we shifted to Normal regular school.
School is good. I would prefer to put into their school. Teachers are good only thing is that administrative department should be faster.
They came up with an new idea of making money. These people are not sharing any education among students, These guys are just know how to make money out of all this! Management don’t even bother about students education apart from collecting fee on time. Don’t even think about calling them for any queries, no one will respond u but, when ever they feel like calling u for any nonsense discussion they can do that. If u ask them why u people were not able to answer our calls they simply tell u that department is different. Please don’t play with ur child’s future as I did with my children by falling to their false commitments and their marketing strategies. Even tuition classes conducted next door is far better than 21K
21 k school we have very bad experience. NIOS related all issues school never follow up . I paid 17500000 rupees. Waste of money . Now we don't no what to do . Spoil my sin one year . Very bad pls don't join to this school

I am disappointed with 21K School for not providing me with the promised 10% referral bonus on my daughters' school fees, even after waiting for six months. The school suggested that the amount would be adjusted in the coming academic session, which was not the agreement made earlier. It raises a serious trust issue for me, and I am concerned about the school's reputation.
Most of my emails remain unanswered, and I have had to send multiple follow-ups through different channels. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the school's commitment to providing quality service to parents. It has been more than a month since I first followed up with the school, but they continue to delay the refund, citing busy admissions and approvals season. I will be sharing this matter on social media and other channels.
Preeti Verma defaulted from her commitments made to parent via media officials to connect to principal Aruna Shetty on Thursday she said she will connect by 12.15 with the principal and today she says she cannot do it, the parent wanted to address a serious matter to the principal in confidence even after being from the admissions team she intentionally neglected this urgent matter to due to vested interests of her and the senior, the parent and media agreed to give the names only to the principal because the escalation was against their seniors , there was no reply from info or support email ID , police reported about this, and this matter will beade serious if principal does not fix a time to speak over the phone urgently , social workers r representing the parent to give justice to the parent and child , doing this anonymously is allowed
Very nice school. I was doubtful as it's online..but with time my kid got accustomed to it .
It took two months to adjust but since then she has be doing very well. Ideal to this generation

I love how welcoming and how helpful my daughter's teachers are! They go out of their way to meet with us if we have a question on an assignment or need help in any way! My 6th-grade daughter(age 11) is in love with the science and the history curriculum, and she also enjoys what she is currently studying in her Language Arts class as well as math! She is studying in the American curriculum and we wish to continue pursuing her higher studies in the US. 21K was the absolute best choice for education during the pandemic, though it has been an awesome choice during a "normal" year like now - This is my second year with the school! I love how she's not stuck in front of a zoom screen all day like in a lot of schools, yet she's still doing academically challenging work!
We have had a wonderful experience with this school and my daughter loves her teachers. Mrs. Narmatha's live class connect sessions are always engaging and inspiring. We love the flexibility of the scheduled lessons because my daughter can get more done on Mondays and then have time for other activities on Fridays.
My children have attended several online schools due to moving & each state's requirements. 21K School is our favorite. The curriculum, online school, materials, etc. are superior to other schools we've attended. Highly recommended.
Still waiting for writing activities with curriculum revision for upcoming exams. Once again, students should wait for the facilitator's approval. Such a poor service.
