I feel this review is:
The Shelar TVS, one of the most pathetic service experience I have got in my 20+ years of driving experience.
Advisors are trained to put hand in your pockets more than understanding the issue with the vehicle.
Result, you will never get all your issues in one visit.
last three times I went there, first two times I had to wait for the vehicle to be washed despite confirming that the vehicle was ready before going.
This last time I went yesterday for the basic 3rd free service, mine was the 9th vehicle logged in at around 8:30 AM and was told that I shall be called by 4 PM after the vehicle is ready, which they forgot. I went today morning around 10:30 to pick my vehicle and got an unwashed vehicle. When asked, they told me that it will only take 15 mins or so to do the wash. So the customer doesn't have any other stuff to do other than getting the service done.
Have the bag hook broken since after the first service. Got "not in stock" response during the second service. Went specifically for it again a month or so back and got the same response. Put a request to be called when available, which never happened and when requested again while giving the vehicle for the 3rd service, Got "not in stock" response yet again. After returning back home I get a call, bring the vehicle back and we shall replace the part. When I asked to bring it to my place and replace the part, disconnected the call.
Not sure what's the value of Customer and his time for them.

I am serving my bike from Shelar TVS , narhe from Last 9 months . But time they give Bad servicing. Every time I need one extra visit after serving of bike for solved problem. Every time staff said mechanic is on holiday when I said to pls resolve my issue but they can’t solve it. Every time they try new solution for same problem but can’t solve. For same problem I have visited three times. Every time they wasted my time and money also. But they don’t care . Think before you visited to Shelar TVs narhe.
I purchased new Tvs Raider bike from Shelar Tvs, Waited for more than 3 months for that.
When I received bike from them I found that in heavy traffic if I drive bike its self start stop functioning.
So twice I faced big pain, once on small flyover and second time on bypass highway.
The showroom and service center staff of them just run behind getting good ratings and they get false ratings and reviews from customer without providing final solution to issue.
Service center makes you hesitating by calling again and again for same issue just to get rating.
They have nothing to do with your vehicle problems.
So very bad and horrible experience.

I am serving my bike from Shelar TVS , Balaji from Last one year. But time they give Bad servicing. Every time I need one extra visit after serving of bike for solved problem. Last three months they try to solved simple problem in front disk brakes but they can't solve it. Every time they try new solution for same problem but can't solve. For same problem I have visited three times. Every time they wasted my time and money also. But they don't care . Think before you visited to Shelar TVs Balaji nagar. They play with your emotions.
This branch provides a fantastic service for customers. They have taken good care for COVID 19 and kept the service very prompt. Thanks to Mr. Amogh Lele for their awesome service.
The sales team is highly uneducated, unprofessional and have no manners interacting with customer. My bike purchase date was in last month but due to personal reason I collected it 15-19 days after purchase date from their authorised showroom. So I asked them to update my service book with with lasted date so that I can have proper dates for servicing, basically it comes 19 days in advanced. When I asked this to their manager he simply doesn't understand and started abusing and when I asked for his senior he said he is TVS company to whatever you want to do.

Purchased Jupiter Zx 2 years back. On the day of delivery it self horn is not working, indicator is not working. Still we keep calm. After 2 years of purchasing they don't even register my number to insurance policy. While trying to renew it online the OTP was sent to some another person's No. And that is not even my family member's no. How disgusting ?? is it. Then I visited showroom for renewal. They don't even accepting payments by NEFT IMPS Google pay or online transfer or from any other wallet. Only cash and cheque. Atm outside showroom is always cashless or not working. That's why I asked for feedback forms the answer of the employee is not available please write down on paper and put it in suggestion box. Being working person we lack of time. So just for insurance renewal I have to spend my whole morning. All customers visiting are fade up off with their company policies and service. Almost 5-6 persons just complaining. How pathetic service is it? Though staff is good and adequate but showroom owner should change his working policies. Or else best to avoid the purchase from shelar.
Everytime for servicing this amount ₹.100 charged extra.
When inquired they say parts required.
Dunno what/which parts are exactly required everytime...
One of the worst experience from this place have booked my 2 wheeler 2 weeks back haven't received it yet every time i ask for delivery they say next week it will be done..Their finance team also misguides people i was charged 5500 extra without informing about it..do not buy 2 wheelers from any branch of shelar u'l waste ur time as well as ur money will be stuck....
Very bad experience with this service center .Problems not resolve quickly within 20 days I faced number of problems with my bike.
Main problems were not solved and new problems created. Not genuine service station.Totally third class service center
I have purchased Jupiter before 4 months. In 4 months I have experienced petrol lick issue, Noise from liner, I have changed liner after 10 days still getting noise, unable to lock Jupiter dicky. Such worst product, will never suggest for anyone to purchase Jupiter.
Firstly let me inform you I am reviving about the servicing problems faced at The Shelar TVS parvati gaon, Pune
I bought my TVS Jupiter from this showroom some 4 months ago.They don't have good finance plans.They also don't give special discounts to people who are buying from this showroom.
The main concern is of service & support which they are extremely bad at.I am facing problems with the mileage of my TVS Jupiter.I have complained about that to the service center many a times, also personally visited it many times but they aren't able to fix out my issue.I am facing this as a very major issue & I want them to seriously look at that but no one is taking that into consideration.
The staff here is quiet nice & they speak politely to people but when the topic comes to solve the issue of the customer they fail to do so.
The work done here is not also on time.They are postponing my work since days & left with no other option I have to visit the service center again & again by hoping that my issue gets resolved this time.
So my opinion you can go for other dealers also who can provide you with good & fast sevices.
They keep calling the customer for booking the appoinment for servicing of their bike even after the servicing is done.They just don’t remember who has done the servicing and who has not done and keep calling untill we book an appoinment even though we need it or not.
Next thing is they take too much time to do servicing of vehical.
Last year I purchased a two wheeler from Shelar TVS and since then they have been sending me marketing SMSes and I have no way to unregister or opt out.
Today I called them and informed them about this to which they said that they cannot guarantee if my name would be removed from their SMS list as they out source this to 3rd party. What is going on?

It was my first bike Apache RTR I was really exicted when I had book my first bike, one of the biggest dealer of tvs located at satara road, parvati, aranyeshwar and paud road, very co-opertive and polite staff,
After sales service is also excellent using all orginal spare parts value for money, based on first bike experince I have purchased anothers scooter for my sister TVS wego again had the same experience,
and recently I had purchased another scooter TVS Jupiter and for the first servicing of jupiter I went to balaji nagar service station, excellent service station with all modern equipment standarised workshop smooth biling, waiting area,
all over my expernice ia excellent

I have bought tvs wego from this showroom.I like its service to much. I will rate it 5 stars. Staff in this showroom is polite and everybody is being good to customer.
Their service centre is also good.I will sujjest that if you want buy any tvs vehicle in pune.then shelar tvs is best option for you.
