Arrogant staff. Worst Worst Worst.worst ever service by any workshop or showroom or garage. they took 2 months to service insurance claim of my bike.if you are thinking to buy a bike or do servicing of your bike please avoid this showroom its a genuine n humble request. only if you are too rich and dont know how to use money.go here these people know how to get your money for the work which they have not done.
below complaint I had raised against them in hero motor corp/.
MOT06566637 against Garage Pratibha Motors, Dange Chowk Pune, Vehicle No. MH 14 GF 1813 -
- Claim was raised on 3rd May 2017 and on same day vehicle was submitted to Pratibha Motors, while Garage personnels submitted the bill to ICICI Lombard on 26th June.
They took one month and 28 days to work on my vehicle and submit the bill. I have approched almost 2-3 times a week after 15 days from the date when claim was raised and received answer as Garage has requested for vehicle parts and they have not received from company.
- Currently there are 6 parts which are specified in final bill and these were not informed to insurance personnels(Ashish) as we checked today, parts are
a. 61321aab000vs - SET, R FR COWL SIDE COV(FBMPB380M)
b. 90320gc3000s - Nut spring 5mm
c. 9390325210s - screw tapping 5x12
d. 37800kve860s - unit assy fuel
e. 18600ksp901s - valve assy air
f. 6410aaab100s - fly screen sub assy
=> As informed by ICICI Lombard associate, Garage did not inform or mentioned these parts during final estimation, not even after second survey was completed. Second survey was also completed on 26th June and bill was published on 26, then why garage did not inform about these parts to insurance company.
=> Now garage personnel say that this was a miss, how come one will miss 6 parts even after second survey and when bike was ready.
=> Bike was ready before 26th and delivery was pending since I had requested this to be cashless transaction owing to personal reasons.
For Labour charges of - 102013 - Fr.Fork-RH Alignment - as informed by Ashish from ICICIL, labour cost has never crossed 400 - 450 Rupees, while for my bill garage has charged Rs.950, now after inquiring garage people say that this was a mistake from them. When I approched initially, they were asking me the money directly(Sunil Waghmare).
When I inspected bike today in garage, right side panel of bike was in the approved parts by ICICIL when garage told me initially that they did not approve and thats why they have not fixed or replabced it. When checked it was already approved and now they are replacing it.
Lock below seat cover - ICICL personnel, Ashish already had informed garage that this part is damaged and include in bill. While garage did not include in the final bill and on their own decision they have replaced the lock with old lock from other vehicle having different key. When I asked them for reason, they are saying that this part insurance company does not approve.
Left side panel of bike is not assembled properly which is a approved part.
Bike seat is in the approved part list while they have used seat cover of old bike and Shinde(garage incharge) told that they have used seat of another bike in garage. Why are they using such parts of other bikes, when insurance company has provided them cost of new parts.
Basically, they are working on their own rules to gain profit, by replacing parts of other bikes.
