Ever worst experience of after sale service.

I have purchased a bike one year back and I was facing the problem of missing. (Many times bike stoped at road). I have requsted to agency to rectify problem but they could not rectify the problem even they never bothered to take this problem seriously so I went to outside mechanic to rectify this problem. I was surprised that they never clean filter during last 4 free services. Very very worst experience of after sale service.

Worst service center ever...Mechanics in the service center are not capable of solving issues in bike . I have to come for at least 6 to 7 time to get the issue fix but this issue still persists.They change parts even if their is no issue in that part which makes your bill high. Once I was charge more than actual bill. People on the counter do not know how to operate the system.And the worst part is staff are more rude and they take at least an hour to take your bike for service.

Worst Service centre of Hero. Not satisfied with their servicing and customer satisfaction. Have to call thrice as they didn't call on second day as well....also some of issue with my vehicle is not resolved...........................................

There Is A showroom Of Prattibha Motors In Baner, I went To buy a Bike Back in september. That Was Thusday It Was Close I Went On Satarday , sunday , Monday, Tuesday Still Close. So I tried To Call Them They Necer Pick Up. I just Want To tell I want To Buy New Glamour 2017 Model But unfortunatly I have to Buy Honda Shine Though I Have Glamour In My home But Still Their Workers are Not quite Active I guess . More 7 Days I tried then I Went to Pasan chock But That Hero Showroom Have stuff who Think They just God. So Rude Bad Behaviour . Bad Customer Service So I drop the plan To Buy Hero Bike and Got A Honda Shine. Thanks ??

Arrogant staff. Worst Worst Worst.worst ever service by any workshop or showroom or garage. they took 2 months to service insurance claim of my bike.if you are thinking to buy a bike or do servicing of your bike please avoid this showroom its a genuine n humble request. only if you are too rich and dont know how to use money.go here these people know how to get your money for the work which they have not done.


below complaint I had raised against them in hero motor corp/.


MOT06566637 against Garage Pratibha Motors, Dange Chowk Pune, Vehicle No. MH 14 GF 1813 -




  1. Claim was raised on 3rd May 2017 and on same day vehicle was submitted to Pratibha Motors, while Garage personnels submitted the bill to ICICI Lombard on 26th June.




They took one month and 28 days to work on my vehicle and submit the bill. I have approched almost 2-3 times a week after 15 days from the date when claim was raised and received answer as Garage has requested for vehicle parts and they have not received from company.




  1. Currently there are 6 parts which are specified in final bill and these were not informed to insurance personnels(Ashish) as we checked today, parts are




a. 61321aab000vs - SET, R FR COWL SIDE COV(FBMPB380M)


b. 90320gc3000s - Nut spring 5mm


c. 9390325210s - screw tapping 5x12


d. 37800kve860s - unit assy fuel


e. 18600ksp901s - valve assy air


f. 6410aaab100s - fly screen sub assy


=> As informed by ICICI Lombard associate, Garage did not inform or mentioned these parts during final estimation, not even after second survey was completed. Second survey was also completed on 26th June and bill was published on 26, then why garage did not inform about these parts to insurance company.


=> Now garage personnel say that this was a miss, how come one will miss 6 parts even after second survey and when bike was ready.


=> Bike was ready before 26th and delivery was pending since I had requested this to be cashless transaction owing to personal reasons.




  1. For Labour charges of - 102013 - Fr.Fork-RH Alignment - as informed by Ashish from ICICIL, labour cost has never crossed 400 - 450 Rupees, while for my bill garage has charged Rs.950, now after inquiring garage people say that this was a mistake from them. When I approched initially, they were asking me the money directly(Sunil Waghmare).




  2. When I inspected bike today in garage, right side panel of bike was in the approved parts by ICICIL when garage told me initially that they did not approve and thats why they have not fixed or replabced it. When checked it was already approved and now they are replacing it.




  3. Lock below seat cover - ICICL personnel, Ashish already had informed garage that this part is damaged and include in bill. While garage did not include in the final bill and on their own decision they have replaced the lock with old lock from other vehicle having different key. When I asked them for reason, they are saying that this part insurance company does not approve.




  4. Left side panel of bike is not assembled properly which is a approved part.




  5. Bike seat is in the approved part list while they have used seat cover of old bike and Shinde(garage incharge) told that they have used seat of another bike in garage. Why are they using such parts of other bikes, when insurance company has provided them cost of new parts.






Basically, they are working on their own rules to gain profit, by replacing parts of other bikes.

Yes I m form pune my name bhupinder singh and yes pratibha moters is best selling showroom whole hinjewadi talwade side is best of also great working there with all stafs and they are employers also very cooperating mangment staf and service also good and comfortable I bought many bikes for my showroom also getting good reletion ship also doing great and speacial thatnk for jayshree madam is most experienced person in the stafs and but 1thing they need be a more quick in p.d.i then no q can beat them after all doing great job all good ??

Pratibha motors is one of the leading showroom of hero moto corp of Pune. I visited pratibha motors recently for purchasing a bike for my son.   The showroom is well located in waked. They had about all the models of hero moto corp. The staff was very courteous. We bought passion pro xtreme bike . the staff was really made all the documentation very fast we just paid the money and  selected the color which we want and waited till they ready our bike . I am really thankful for the staff they behaved very well and made our purchase very nice. They also provided first three services free and pickup service for servicing of bike. I suggest that if you are looking for a hero showroom in Pune then pratibha motors will be a good option for you.
