Kalamkar TVS - Service Team .proble
recently on 15/12/2017 I have given my APACHE RTR 180 ABS for disc pad changing. when I visited there, the executive said that the disc pad and disc plate is not in good condition. also he told me to change the rear disc pad as they are about to go out of condition. as its part of safety I agreed and told them to replace the both break pads and front disc plate.
I was waiting there at lounge are since morning 10.30 to 02.30 but I was not having any update of my bike that how much time it will take to get it done.
I my self went to check then they said as there was an lunch break so it got delayed. excuse me . as a customer I was sitting there sine last 4 hrs u didnot bother to ask me for water as well and at least a curtacy to say that it will take some more time as there is lunch break . I was sitting there like fool, waiting for my bike .
then they said there is an problem in break as one part( I dont remember the technical term for the part)is not working fine. it was surprise for me as when I gave the bike it was working fine and you people are saying its working due to dust got stuck.amazing.i told them to replace the part as its necessary for me to get the bike ASAP and to move out for work.but its not stopped there.they dont have that part available at service center.one more surprise.it was amost 3 pm.he send one person to get the part from outside and it will take another hour to get it done. .i my self moved out of showroom and home. I came back by 4 pm keeping in my that atleast now I will get my bike .they said just 5 mins and your bike is done.
they washed my bike and bought it up and told me to pay the bill.i immediately paid my bill of 2550 approx and went to bike.but there was again a surprise waiting for me.MY ABS which was working fine is not working now.
I shown this to the supervisor there . he tried to do something by pushing the ABS button but it didnt work.
they again taken my bike down to check but not succeeded.they couldn't find that what is the problem.n y its not working.lots of discussion happening between mechanic, supervisor and manager but the solution not find.
Worst part is coming now when one of there supervisor or manager said that this is not out problem, we just changed disk pads and disk plate.Wow.i was surprised to here that. r u called it profession to say that.
n we cant find solution as the sensors are not available at workshop. again this is second time that they dont have parts available.this shows that you are incompitatnt and not educated enough to serve.
After listing this I could not controlled my self as it was 5.45 Pm, I told them to take out my bike out of garage and give to me.i have taken bike and went.
here at least you should have certacy to say that we will call once the part is available, but u didnt.
again surprise. now my rear disc is started making loud sound of breakng and not working properly.it was very pathetic.
U took the money from me for the work u did .but did u did your work properly?
u dont even ask me water .is this your customer service .?
all tvs service station do tell us that what you want to do with replaced parts.Did u asked me that are u taking the replaced old parts shall we scrap it?
you scraped them directly without asking me.
I didnot complained to any one about this.
Now after few days.i.e on 22/12/2017 I gt the call from the no 9503960888 which was from tvs showrom baner to check the satisfaction level .
I told the all story which I have faced and written above to the lady on the phone.
she told me that she she will send the person to to collect the bike and will sort all the iisues. I have refused and told her that I will come and meet ythe manager first and the will discuss.she said that its fine plz visit to showroom.
when I went there the people over there checked and told me that give us one hour will will check n get it done.
but I said before u touch my bike I need to talk to the manager, but he was not present at sevice center.
I didn't give my bike and told them to call me whenever he is available. and I left from there.
few hours later I got the call from themn the manager says on phone " ha sir.tvs baner se manager bol raha hu.aap mujse milna chahte ho" .seriously .it looks like. no body told him what had happend with me n why I want to meet the person who is managing the center.
still I said that I wil come by 5-5.30pm as I am in the office.
when in the eve I went to service center at baner. I got to know that the manager left for the day.shoking
today is 26/12/17, the day I am writing the review. no body called me till now to check that what happend and the manager did not botherd to call back again n check about my compliant.
its totaly shows that how professional you are in terms of service and customer satisfaction.
overall its very pathetic and disgusting experience what I have got after paying so much of money.KEEP it up.Keep dissatisfaying the customers.
