I bought Honda Livo bike from this showroom in 2015, September. Intially before buying they were polite to me and told me that if anything happens with the bike they will be always available for the priority customers who buys bike from their showroom.

After buying this bike I was quite satisfied with the everything in the bike but not mileage that they claimed 74 and it was giving 50 km per lt. In the first free service I told them this thing but they did not even here this carefully and said after first servicing it will give good mileage and insisted to get the bike polished for 250 rs.I agreed as they convinced me that it is really needed. But after bike's mileage came down to 45 km per lt. In second servicing I told them that it is not giving good mileage they told me that they gonna look into the issue and again insisted for polishing, this time I refused so they were like k please get it polished otherwise its color will get fade and started scaring me. I again agreed and after the second servicing also mileage problem was not solved and it was same 45. I took my bike there and asked them to match the mileage they said that there is nothing wrong with bike. In hyderabad city traffic is too much so mileage will be this only. They did not even talk me in technical aspect and they were very rude this time but it was the nearest brand service center to me so I got all my free services here somehow and all the time they just ask for polishing nothing else as if the showroom is only for polishing.

I would not go there again and would not advise anybody also.

pls do not take AMC booklet which they say it as discount booklet. they will charge you 750 rupees.

At the time of billing they will show discount on spare parts and more than discounted amount will be looted in terms of tax.

these idiots will add some extra rows saying "Others" section in the bill and here is the big loot will be done based on the billing amount.

showroom idiots says that labor charges will be waived off by taking this AMC booklet and this labor charges will recovered in the form of'others' which you can see in your bill. when I ask about the same they will tell different different stories.

Also when ever the bill comes to the cash counter, those scoundrels make you hurry to sign on the papers and ask for the payment. PLS BE AWARE

KINDLY DONT GET CHEATED BY TAKING THIS KIND OF DISCOUNT BOOKLETS FROM ANY OF THE SHOWROOM.

I want to share my personal experience about harmony honda. Recently I wanted to buy a bike my friend told me to go harmony honda showroom. I travelled to 3 harmony honda showrooms after that I went to harmony showroom at ashok nagar hyderabad. I wanted to buy a activa I asked for them to show some finanacial plans they showed me some plans that are not good for me when iam buying a bike from there they told me you need to do outfitting of vehicles like seat covers stand etc.I told my friend has a mechanic shop I do outfitting there they didnot agree for this.when we do outfitting outside with a cash of 2000 rupees when we do this same outfitting in showroom they charged us a 5000 rupees thats why allowing us to do after that I buy a bike from there they told me we provide you best service sir, i told thank you sir.

I used a vehicle for 1 months and run vehicle for 500 km.there is some noise coming from engine and I had a mileage problem later that iam going for 1st service of harmony showroom .i told that these problem in avehicle they told me wait for 1 hour I waited for more than 2 hours he told me sir all problems are cleared after that I came to my home after using vehicles for two days my problem started again hearing voice from engine I go to the harmony honda showrom some bad behaviour with the manager and workers .they didnt give any service support for me after I give the 2nd service my problem is not solved after that I showed this problem to my friends he sortedt the problem and solved it. after that never wanted to go to showroom they called me so many times I never answered.
