Sansui Hard Rock - 29 PIP

We purchased it in 2005 year up to 12 we got experience with this very well and it was good for who purchased in 2005 and product is not available now I think so.

We bought this TV in 2004 at 12000 Rs. from that day to present we got just one problem in picture due to failure of some part. otherwise the tv is very good. Value for money. Its picture Quality is very good with eye care function for night vision so that our eyes will be protected in night. Its sound system is also very good with 800 W PMPO.and about the quality and service of the TV companyis very good.

My Dad just gave me a Sansui R610 receiver in pretty good shape volume slider a little scratchy. This is 60 watts per channel and it get ridiculously loud very fast and of course distorts. It was free is it worth cleaning up or should I sell it on Craiglist?

He also gave me an AR CD04 CD player that the load switch doesn't seem to work or it's jammed. Is that an EZ fix and is this a good CD player?

I bought this TV 5 years back and when I bought the price is 18000 and the Tv looks great and after using it for 2 months the Tv switched off and it has seven years warranty.

And I called there customer care and asked them for appointment for repairing my Tv and the service man came and checked my Tv and he said the TV picture Tube is not functioning and the Tv is blank and he asked me to send the Tv to the main service point and then I sent it to the office.

And he said it takes 20 days to get its repair done and they have delivered my Tv and they just made some repairs to my old tv only and it worked for 2 years and same problem occurred, the Tv is not functioning and I called the customer care and they sent a service man and the same problem the picture tube is not working and he have contacted the support and said it is second time and they have said that’s it they don’t do it for free and if you want to repair you have to pay for picture tube and he simply left and same thing was said by the support team. I simply throw n it to the trash.don't buy products from sansui, if you want to but check whether it is functioning and features. it gave me very bad experience.

My father bought this TV 7 years ago and the Tv is good looking and the TV was working fine after some days the woofer is working for sometimes and not working and we changed the pin of woofer and the problem solved and until 4 years and then it switched off and does not switch on, we called the service center since it has 7 years warranty and the repairer came and opened the Tv and said that the picture Tube is broken and this happened due to over power supply and it is not covered under the warranty and it is very cost at that time we bought the Tv for 20000rs and when picture tube is broken he said it takes 6000rs to change the picture tube. The Tv has special functions like only audio can be played and video will get blank and we can save our notifications in it. and we can also save a reminder when ever we ON the TV the reminder scrolls on the TV screen. The warranty is not covered for the picture tube. The tv is really good but the company agreement is very bad.

Its the worst tv I have ever seen, wit in one year 3 times it has given problem and people who attending the problem using abuse words. If any one could get me Sansui general managers email-id or telephone  phone it would be useful.

I suggest people to not get Sansui hard rock tv sound clarity is very good but picture quality is very worst . . I suggest u people to check the tv properly before buying it and in case of any problem with in a year please return it.

Please suggest me a solution for this again my tv is under repair, I don't know how long it will be like this.

Its almost 3yrs that I had bought Sansui Hard Rock 29" Colour TV from Fairdeal, Dwarka, New Delhi. On 2 July 2009 my TV got dead and I had called their CUSTOMER CARE they give me 24hrs time to rectify the problem but the service engineer came on 4th July but he does not have the parts and asure that he will come on next day but he came after one week on 12th July.

He change the parts and made the bill of Rs. 1430/-. But on next morning the TV became dead, immediately we call the customer care but till the date i.e. 23rd July 2009 their is no one to listen the problem or rectify the problem. The Customer care only give assurance no solution this is very very pathetic that SANSUI does not have after sale service. So guys if you going to by any Sansui product then please read about them on net you will find many this type of complain.

Use Sansui television , picture qality is very nice and sound suppoorting also good and their service and supprot is marvaloius , and given the good life.past 8 years we did't get any problem from that Television and I hope it give the better performance than any other television.

And the look wise the television is so nice and it's functionality is so good , automatic faster tuneing and sound calrity is good , and they given good music mode also and automatic wake up and sleep timings.And I hope the television give good life if we use properly and when lights off it 's automatically off up to, when we will on the television.it's the good feature given by the sansui television.its the Hard Rock Of the world.And It's give the **Rocking Sound.

Writing regarding this product was made very late since I purchased it almost 6 months back and because I personally wanted to test it whether it stood on its benchmarks and performed well, and the answer is YES genuine best

At the first and last choice I was attracted because of its bold dual tone colour which is simple and sober and sound quality of 2000WATTS with all high, Mid, and low frequency produced from its speakers perfectly balanced. The picture quality is best with its advanced inbuilt signal booster working good on any bad cable signal. The other best thing is the volume preference system which automatically gets activated on respective channels where an individual has left at that different volume levels for that respective channels.

The other great things are regarding AV inputs; there is provision for two inputs 1 placed at left side of TV and remaining repeated 1 at rear of the cabinet thus two in total at rear. So DVD player and other electronics for example VIDEOCASSETE Player can be connected simultaneously without hassle to swap now n then.

The Music mode good to just party any time on any kind of song with if you not interested in video part .
