I bought it last month, and not its blinking sometimes, I can not think even about that samsung company can do that worst thing with their products, I was thinking samsung products are mazing, but now I can say that, no product is bad than samsung, the packing was lso so bad, that the cable was missing from the packing and I buy an extra cable which charges me alot.

It is perfect lcd samsung tv . It is best tv in loeest buget. But service provid by samsung service and costmuer care. Some system of lcd is low . It is best lcd tv but screen is not natural as like not prefect as sony lcd or lg lcd but in budget it is good lcd but service is provied by damsung serivce not good they not responce us

This is the perfect LCD TV for a bedroom or other smaller room. It has a brilliant picture, great menus and the side mounted speakers are fine for average listening. It has two HDMI inputs so connection to a cable set top box is a snap. The unit has a graphic equalizer so you can shape the sound to your listening pleasure. Often I read reviews of smaller TVs where the reviewer downgrades the speakers. I was concerned about this when we started looking for a 26" set. My fears were for naught. It isn't "home theater" quality but it isn't the tinny sound some people describe. It's lightweight and can be moved from room to room with little effort. Highly recommended.

I had purchased a Samsung LCD monitor cum TV from market . I am not satisfied with this TV . It had some problems . Also customer service of Samsung is worst . I will discuss about my experiences below -

After purchased it during installation of the TV, I faced trouble . It's stand not working properly . Actually total design of TV stand is not perfect . TV don't not stand properly . If somehow any small jerking occured in TV table, then TV was overbalance .

TV remote also was bad quality . Sometimes, remote not worked properly . Then need to operate my TV via touch system .

Sound quality of this TV was not too good . Just average . Picture quality also same, just average .

USB port of the TV was damaged from beginning . At first when I insert pen drive in TV, I don't find this external drive in TV . That time I thought may be there have any extra settings on remote, which I don't know, so I don't play pen drive files . But, in future I able to know this was TV port problem . That was totally damaged .

After using our TV for 1.4 months suddenly one day it show No Signal . Then I call to Samsung Customer Care . Their executive said AV port gone damaged, so this problem occurs . They request me to wait few days, untill they receive new AV board from their main hub . After few days again one executive came out house& capture pictures of the TV . After few days they said AV board not available in their hub . So, they will refund me . Then one request me to go the shop from where I purchased it& write a letter . I done this . Afterthat again they said that write another letter from shop . Again I done this . Again they said that the letter was not written properly . Then I went to shop again . The shop is far away from my house . I request them, if they contact with shop directly it will be more helpful for me . But, they didn't accept my request . Totally, I went to shop 4 times for this purpose . That was very difficult for me . I faced too much problem . After so much hardship one their one representative say for give up hope of refund . Then I tell them why? I have proper purchase bill& valid warrenty period . Why I don't got refund . He said, as I continuously facing problem, so give up hope of refund& purchase another TV . But, I don't give up hope . I had continued struggling, than to god one day one good Bengali representative Mr. Arnab took my issue& forward it properly& got refund after more 10 days . Many many thanx to Mr. Arnab who help me too much . Totally I struggled more than 30 days for this purpose . 30 days I don't watch TV .

Their help line system also not good . Many time when I their help line no, it show number not valid or busy for long time .

Above experience I say that quality of Samsung LCD TV is not good . Main negative point of the Samsung is their customer service is totally bad& worst . They waste my valuable time . So, I don't recommend Samsung LCD TV to anyone . Even I recommend Samsung LED TV .

Its a great tv and nice viewing experience.Got bright colors and adjustment of the tv settings are really nice.

I strongly recommend to must buy .

U can givt to your loved one and for yourself also.Good sound quality and its a value for money.

This is not good as compared to the other tv in competition in the market. Samsung must improve its quality and standard, at same rate I could buy a lg led tv much better than this.

I m very disappointed from Samsung. I recommend lg tv as compared to Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung LCD from market. Before bringing it I hear from many people & see a review that Samsung is a good company for LCD monitor. But, after using it I am not satisfied with this. It has many problems.

First of all, it's price. I purchased it at more than 12000/-. I think that price is something expensive.

Secondly remote problem. This remote is new type remote. Few days remote is working good. After that, it stop working for next few days. Again, it starts working& then doesn't working for next few days. That is not battery problem.

Picture quality& sound quality is not too good as expected earlier. TV stand is not perfect. If there have small jerking in the table, tv gone unbalanced.

Its touch switch is not working perfectly. Back side& frame of tv is not too slim. USB port is fully damaged from the beginning.

Customer service team is something good& something bad. Because, some staff are good& some staff are too bad, provide wrong information. Sometimes, I am unable to contact their customer care no. It says please check your no.

So, I suggest to all don't buy Samsung LCD monitor. But, can try Samsung LED.

This product is launched by Samsung that 26 In LCD is a very bad TV. I don’t like this. It has many default. I know about this from one of my friends. Then I thought to take this and after some days I bought this. In first days it was very nice, all functions are good. But after only one year its going to worst. We got many faults. Pictures are looked very bad also sound system was going to be wrong. Then we talked their customer care but they don’t listen easily.

After calling him many time they came and repair many time but never they do good job.

We got this TV 2 years back. As said it worked only for 2 years. One fine morning we found a white line on the screen and this line gradually increased to grow more think lines. Half of the screen turned into white and one day suddenly the entire screen turned white with only sound left.

I possess this TV which is a great value for money. This TV has 4000:1 colour ratio and is generally as great as the bigger TVs with its color ratio. I am completely getting a charge out of this TV. At the cost, this TV is reasonable that has GREAT quality. Samsung has the LCD innovation on lock. This is really a value for your money! Has one of the best pictures I've seen contrasted with most LCD TVs. I would recommend this product to evrybdy

Its a very old company Samsung, the company never made any purchase does not repent because all things quality is very good.Samsung's LCD at the home of my brother, of 26 inches. It is fun watching TV special. Film, serial, video, the news that I do not spill over the eyes and not bored at all.

The LCD is very good in sound and melody.Look for some more time to sit in the company's TV, you are bored, but this is not at all bored.

Samsung's LCD price is a little higher than the other company, but after spending once the problem does not stop.

In the LCD, a USB port, which also has facilities so that favorite movie or music, if we look up, we can see.

The LCD external appearance is also very good and the company's service center is also very good. Craftsman home and will also need to be repaired. And wall fittings have to do is to come to be.

After one and a half year, the display is not working. After a visit of the service person, I came to know the repair cost is going to be 15K rupees. As a part called panel is damaged, with no apparent reason. Looking at a premium product like this.

It is very unfortunate to get a repair call so early, that too when the cost of the repair is 40% of the purchase price. Now the call is after such a disaster how can consumer believe in these brands? I am repenting buying Samsung TV.

Diwali was coming up and lots of schemes everywhere. Buying a TV was long due, what better time to purchase one with great discounts going on. It was a tough decision with so many brands and competitive rates. Because of the good brand name and good price we decided to buy a Samsung LCD. It was a good decision as we are very happy with what we bought, we don't have any complains with the picture quality or the sound quality.

Samsung is a good brand and one can trust its products with eyes shut.
