After using for more than 3 months, I'm writing this review. Hopefully things remain the same later on too.

When it comes to functionality, you want this model if you've got no specific high end TV requirements like ultra surround sound, 4k quality, intense FPS when gaming etc. Its a budget smart tv for people who just want something good and long lasting, and in that regard, it does the job.

Price wise, it's worth going for LG over other newer, yet cheaper brands since I still believe the old dogs of electronics are worth spending a bit extra on.

Sound and picture quality is very good, but again, only good for simple family in a house, not some professional gamer staying a mansion, obviously. The software is a bit slow and clunky, but it's something that comes with the cheap price I

After one and half year picture quality of this tv is so discussing.

Brought a 86” tv but it arrived with a 6” scratch on the screen. Asked for it to be replace but was told no as the scratch does not affect its functionality.

We purchased one 32 inch LG smart TV at a cost of 13499/-. The TV got defective in the process of delivery to customer. Service centre of LG quoted repair price as 10, 500/-. This is illogical. How a company can charge almost 80% as repair cost of a brand new product. Disgusting. Teksurvy Pvt Ltd

This is very good TV at that price and I got it for 30990rs only. Picture quality is awesome sound is good. And one important thing this TV has the Alexa in built app. We can operate Alexa also by using prime button. I purchased it on 24 Dec and I got it an 27 Dec installation all will be completed in 28 Dec . Very fast service

I have been facing issue with oven damaged mirror it is very delicate to keep it at home without repair, I've raised a request couple or days back and was assigned to wrong location other districts after that moved to Attapur store Hyderabad, representative called me reagading oven issue and directly telling me it will not covered under warranty

I have purchased LG 43LH576T-TD model which was smart TV as claimed by LG at the time of selling. However, I tried to install Amazon Prime using the LG store. At that time only I came to know that Prime could not be installed on this TV. This is the reply I got from the LG representative:

Customer purchased the unit which is a smart TV features but up to some extent. Customer purchased the model which doesn't support the feature of amazon customer can avail the benefits which are given. Our technical team conclude that there is no availability of amazon app in the unit.

I further escalated the issue with their higher authorities, however, couldn't provide any solution, rather they put blame on me saying that it was made clear to you while selling the product that prime will not work in this TV.

It is quite strange that they need a visit of technical team to conclude that there is no availability of the amazon app in the unit. However, they expect me to understand it while buying the product.

Now as per their reply they are saying " Customer purchased the unit which is a smart TV features but up to some extent." However, it was not mentioned anywhere in the product description that TV I am buying is "a smart TV features but up to some extent."

It is clearly a case of selling product giving the wrong information and poor customer support.

Due to this TV being full HD, its picture quality is very good. I am completely satisfied with this TV. It's been 2 years since I bought this TV. But till now there is no problem in this TV. In this, external devices are easily connected. The sound quality of this TV is also very good.

I have been doing it on TV for almost 3 years and I have a lot of experience with it, so I will tell you the truth about it.

I have done it on TV and I was facing a lot of trouble if I talk about the quality of this TV, then on average, I can't find some good quality.

If I talk about the video quality of this TV, then I have got to see very bad picture quality in it, which I have found a lot of nonsense, then the quality of the picture is very bad.

And if I talk about the sound quality, it is also a lot of rubbish, it is bothering me a lot in this TV, its speaker is not giving very good sound output and many times then the speaker gets damaged.

And the sound effect of this TV is also very bad, I found this TV to be very rubbish, so I will suggest that you do not buy TV at all.

In the end I will say that you should not buy this TV, you can buy any other TV.

I bought it in 2019 for S$4399.00 and used it 3-4 hrs a day. 3 Years warranty just ended a few months ago. I enjoyed a lot on this. It's video quality is outstanding and audio performance is also good. I have two TV of LG in my house.
