Dell Venue 8 Wi-Fi + Cellular 32GB Reviews

I bought dell venue 1 week back. To put it in one word, its awesome. Its a PC in the size of a tablet. Windows 8.1 is amazing. But you have to buy 64gb bcoz the OS eats up almost half of the space. So a 32 gb wouldn't be enough. & Processor is very fast.

I recently wanted to buy a tab for my recreational purpose. I found this tab to be convenient for the day to day usage. It is also from a well-known brand.

It is a 8” tab with a 720p display. It is quite light and slim as well. It has 2GHz Dual core processors. It has 2 GBs of RAM. It runs on Android KitKat, which is quite outdated. Still it works fine for daily usage. It has a decent 4100mAh battery.

It still gets little warm up with medium to high graphics intensive games. The tab has 3G connectivity for internet browsing but not for voice calling. It has decent cameras in front and rear that well in good lighting conditions. I am quite happy with it for daily use and entertainment purpose.

Dell venue 8 is a not a good tab if you this for gaming or for some internet purpose. Dell is a good company but this tab of such a good company is quite irresponsible.

I am using this tab since 6 month. But I face a lot of problem like it start hanging too much when I want to play big games which have high graphics. Its touch is also of very poor quality. Its like touch of nokia 5233. But friend battery backup of this tab is so good. If you are badly addicted to movies you can watch 5 movies continue if you fully charged it. Concluding all things I say that this is not a good tab if you see its price.

I bought this tab for 17000 INR and it was simply waste of money. For a week, it worked properly, there after hanging problem started. While one of my friend suggested to update but there was no any significant change after updation also. I can't use you tube, I can't play games because it is too slow. Speaker system became weak no sooner. It produced unnecessary bass with crackes and trebles. Guys, please don't go for this product, it's simply waste of money!

Good tab for all of need. Easy to operate and handy to use. Features are good. Camera quality are good. Memory have lot of space.

Inbulit features are too good. Price is low as comparable to othet tab with this features. Charger are too good.screen size, resolution is good. I uses for ladt one year. Useful for dailyneeds like checking mails, payment of premium and large screen is too good for watching movies.

I purchased this tab to do job in company because that job need this devise, but I have very worst exp with this tab, I purchased this 17000 and totally wast the money, in starting three or four days it was working properly, but after that it seems to be hang problem I show it in dell service centre.

They suggest me to update it, I updated it, but the same problem was in it, service centre deny to change it, after some days it shows black dots on screen, service centre told me to change the display in warranty but after 15 days they called me and say that I have to pay 5000 for screen, so very bad exp . I trust dell but not for tabs

I brought venue 8 3840 LTE form pothies. Decice is very slow. It shows 1gb ram but it is slowerer than other devices which had 1gb ram. I can't use facebook, chrom, youtube etc because the device is very slow. I am total fedup with this device. I didn't expect such a bad product from dell.

The performance is good and price is worth it. im using it since 8 months .no complaint at all.except sometimes it hangs when we play hd videos .but its worth to buy.Guys this tablet is gud as per specs but not in pratctical use.i think dell needs to luk upon its drawbacks n I hope a gud compny lik dell will come up with a bettr version of this tab in.comng days.till thn wait.bt this tab does not worth d bucks.aftr 2 months of use I sold it.

I am using Dell venue 8 16gb WiFi from last 1year, it is good for surfing net. Its touch screen is smooth but some times it hangs a lot. When every time I used to play games the touch screen did not give any response and this occurs frequently. In order to regain back I have to press power key. It has 2gb Ram which is pretty good and battery backup is awesome.

But I don't like venue 8 tablet as

• it has 5mp rare camera but not so good

Only use for playing game but frequently hanging.

Basically a good tablet. Very good for reading and browsing purposes for which I bought this. Very good screen resolution when watching videos and good sound quality. Strong built. Good grip( compared to mi pad). Supports all video formats( using good quality players.vlc).

Supports any external SD card

Cons.multitasking is difficult. You have to close background apps and videos before starting high resolution games. Gets stuck occasionally even with heavy internet use.you may have to restart

Still I have no complaints as all this is expected of a 1gb tablet.

My advice after 3 months of use is if possible try to get a tablet with at least 2gb RAM.also get a class 10 sdcard.

Customer support from dell is excellent. You have to change warranty extension after your purchase in consultation with the customer support.

Dell venue 8 is good phone by dell. I used this phone from one and half years, it has good features, it support HSPA and GSM networks and it has very good design, it has 8inch screen large size with good quality of touch and colors,

Iits operating system is android jelly bean, it has 2GHZ cpu and ram 2 GB and it comes in 16GB and 32 GB internal in different models, the application runs very smoothly, the processing speed is fast of this phone. its rear camera is 5 MP the quality of picture is good, and has good colors contrast, front camera is 2 MP, its sound quality is also good and loud.

It support good speed through Bluetooth transfer and wifi connections, its black color makes it look better, it has low and good price, the battery backup is also good, dell venue 8 gives the full value of the money, I don’t have any problem with this phone yet, it never hangs, I recommended Dell Venue 8. And DELL provide good service.

As we buy a dell product, we all know that the product will be giving high performance.

but after I bought this dell venue 8 tablet, my trust just got shattered into pieces. The product received was all ok at once as not much was installed on it. but after I installed few of the apps like fb, whatsapp. messenger etc, the RAM i.e. 1gb sucked up pretty easily. It started to hang, nothing could be played or operated on it. Went to Service center but it was all in vain. Now the product is not used much and I mourn my 15k a lot. Not recommanded.
