This website is down for maintenace too many times

WorkProject is down for maintenance too many times in a month and it distrupts work quite a lot so I am not happy with WorkProject at all.

The customer support of WorkProject are very helpful and they spend an hour with me to make me understand how to use the software. The software is pretty easy to use but I am really bad at technology so I needed help and I am so glad that they were so patient.
