Hi freinds this is a review on windows 8.windiws 8 is an operating system by microsoft. It is best os of my life I have used more than three os but this is the best. The plus point of this os is its security even you dont need any type of antivirus. The security is best in every place whether it is file security or os secuity . Windows 10 has many features like bitlocker smart display VHD and much more. Most of users face some user interface problem so I must say you can also upgrade to windoes 8.1 from windows 8 . I have used windows 8 I dont face any problem.

I really appreciate MICROSOFT for his previous version of Windows but, this time I think I am not.windows 8 is not a good version as compared to Windows 7.windows 8 is just the waste of money.it doesn't support high graphic games until you have a high mb graphic card and higher ram.as compared to 7.it supports till GTA 4.basic games that you play are suppported in Windows 7.but Windows 8will not.the functions of Windows 8 are much similar to Windows 7.so should one buy Windows 8.its better that you buy Windows 7.i recommend that you don't buy Windows 8its just the waste of money.

My laptop lenovo G580 is loaded with Windows 8. I came across the auto update issues several time and had to reset my laptop three times. While using internet the OS will automatically download the updates. But while shut down the computer this will show 'installing updates' and after sometimes this shows the message 'failed to install updates reverting changes please wait' this remained for 48 hrs and I could not do anything on my laptop and I switched off using the power button and when I switched on again it showed the same message. At last I have rest my laptop. Which resulted in losing all my saved data.

Hii guys! Am nishant and I am gooing to tell you my expiriance on windows 8. I had it in my leppy. But its too much slow. And also most of games and apps run did not well. My system became slow and also when I pluge pendrive it automaticly restart. When I start it up it always hang for 10 or 12 mint than I had able to use it. So its a very wrost windows . Even wundows 7 is much more better then this my win stor also stoped working and I installed aspholt 8. It ran for some days and than it crashed. So I moved on to windows 10 that is pritty well but that one is also slower.

After windows 7, windows 8 came with lots of new features as its biggest popular feature was touch system. people were attracting too towards the new touch system of windows 8. I was also a victim of it. I also started using windows 8 in my lenovo all in one pc which was touch supported skin. I found a lots of issue in it. I don't support all applications. At the time of running any external application as game stops there for a while. windows 8 was unable to provide its software security updates. overall all its worst to use. If any had buy windows 8 cd spending the cost he or she wil have in a great loss. after this windows 8.1 came which was good but not even so successful was as windows 7. but now you get windows 10 with a lots of amazing features.

I use this window in my laptop a few months back and then I waited for Windows 10 but personally I feel Windows 8 and 10 both are not that great I think that Windows 7 was the best .

like in Windows 8 is that it is a bit complicated then Windows 7 if you are not a regular user of computers or laptops then you will have difficulty finding different functions and tools in Windows 8 although if you are a teenager and uses laptops regularly then it may work well for you and there are some bugs also in this Windows .

sometimes the Wi-Fi isn't connected and there is no solution to this problem all the users I recommend you to use Windows 7

Hii friends today which iam gonna talk is about something bad with windows version such as 8.i am a lover of pc from my childhood 8-9.at this age all my friends were having the pc.i just wished my so I got it.the best experience with windows was windows xp and windows 7.best versions of windows.but, since 8 have come I just updated it from 7 to 8.and I thaught the better performance.but it was the wrost.it does not contain any specific function.i was just having a bad day with it.please do not update to this one.

Today I am telling you about the windows 8 OS which is the very complecated OS because its mostly features are hide compare than Windows XP and 7.It has many disadvantages such as it has not window start button which is very complecated for amature user.Second is windows 8 is not compatible for mostly software which can use in windows XP.Its not user friendly OS for new user but it can be install easily.Help functionality is not much better and its service is bad.It has lot of features but these are very complecated.Window definder not good work of this window and its open fastly and close but sometimes comes problems related to the software.I am not satisfy from this OS and I do not recommend this.

I have been using windows 8 os from last few months. The functioning of the windows 8 os is very smooth compared to previous os i.e windows 7, windows xp. The windows 8 os has new user interface, which gives user friendly experience to the customers. The new interface comes with live tiles in replacement of start menu in earlier versions, one can download and get notified different microsoft apps with live tiles. The installation of windows is very easy, user needs to insert the os cd and run it in boot mode and then select the drive to install the os. Windows 8 has features like live tile updates, improved performance, access to download microsoft apps and games etc. Though windows 8 has good functioning and improved features it has many disadvantages. The live tile for apps like photos doesn't get updated, i.e even if you delete media from the folder that the photos app has access to the tile still shows the photos, The second disadvantage windows 8 is not compatible with many software installations, Too many updates, no matter if you update all the updates downloaded you will be asked to download new updates within no time, Frequent rebooting is one of the major problem in windows 8, computer just reboots without even notifying, the usage of the disk goes to 100% even if there is no task running in the pc the maximum usage of disk results in decreased performance of pc which in turn puts pressure on cpu. I have fed up with updates and turned of the update service, but still the os turns it on automatically and downloads without notifying, one can't have access to microsoft store if they have turned of update service. The service and support from Microsoft is not that good, as they have too many problems to solve they take too many months for the bugs to solve.

When I install windows 8 on dell pc then I see the functioning properly and smoothly like when I open outlook mails then it pulls the graphic down and shiny window open this one perfectly Good in previous time I using windows 7 ultimate but does not comfortable because I want crEativiTy. I using Windows 8 around 3 year 4 months I love thiS and I also like the windows storytellers app because it side photos on tiles.

In 2011 Microsoft Windows lauched a animated version windows named windows 8 which is better to use and easy to understand.

So my opinion with this is great and I feel marvellous muSt be install if u want creative.

I have been a great fan of Windows software since I was 12 years. I used Windows xp and 7 too for quite a good time. Both were solid and impressive in performance and speed, as the same was expected of Windows 8. However it came to a very disappointing experience after using windows 8. Here's my take on it:

HELP FUNCTIONALITY - NO! Not at all. There is no proper help functionality built-in in windows 8. We have to search via internet or from Microsoft's website to get any help.

USER FRIENDLY - Windows 8 lacks in a good metro start screen. The apps are large and look odd. The app crashes are frequent and just to open WiFi you had to go through the entire settings app. It is not at all user friendly.

EASE OF INSTALLATION - Installing the OS is pretty easy. The process is as same as installing windows xp/7 via USB or CD drive. It takes almost 1 hour for a complete installation

FEATURES - Windows 8 did not have any significant mind-blowing feature per se. You get a new look from a METRO START SCREEN. There are full screen "APPS" which are new for Windows. However, the apps lacked full functionality and most of the developers did not support WINDOWS STORE a much. This move hit the user base very badly.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT - Support of Microsoft have been quite great. They reached out to me instantly when I reported an issue of Bluetooth not functioning properly. They solved it via online remote connectivity within an hour.

VERDICT - You should never install Windows 8 as it is not what people expect from Windows. It is very slow and buggy. The user interface is odd and there is not a lot of support from the app developers. I won't recommend you to buy this product, instead go for Windows 10 or Windows 7.

Windows 8 develop by microsoft, comes with the totally new interface but not the user-friendly operating system, I am little disappointed with the performance and the user interface, still it looks better than past windows xp, vista, 7 but this is not a successful os, official person didn't like this os so much.

It is easy to install and required less time, there are some interesting features are given which is relevant to run in tablet also, also the service is not good of that os, in a comparison the windows 10 is the best and successful os ever

Hello friends I used windows 8 for 2 years

I got update when iam using windows 7

To say frankly its waste operating system it takes lot of memory for stroage and some applications cannot be installed in it

For examples we if open any docement in windows 8 and if we load in pendrive and open in windows 7 or windows xp it wont open

Some of the basic applications are also cannot be installed in it

Its waste for computer science engineering students because they need to develop apps for them its better to use xp

And windows 8 is some diffucult to operate for some people like old people

Comming to settings and features its all are waste and some of the useful settings are removed in windows 8

While installing also it takes around 45 minutes

If we want to buy also its very costly around 6000

I recomend not to use this

Use windows 7 or windows XP because it accept every applications and useful to engineering students

If you want to use updated windows use windows 10 its very better and easily installable and we get free update also

Windows 8 does not support every software, the functions are also not good

I am using Windows in my desktop for more than 7 year and trust me, Window 8 is the worst Operating System that I have ever use. It takes lot of storage memory to store and require lot of Graphic memory as well. It slow down your computer. Most of the essential software are not supported in Windows 8 which makes it more difficult to work upon. Even window 10 is way better than Window 8. I purchased window 8 and now I regret over my decision.

I accept that Window 8 is attractive but for professional work who needs visuals. There is no new feature in window 8 when we compare it with window 7. Windows 8 takes less time to install as compare to other decedent windows.

Hello, I am nikhil and I am a windows 8 user and now I am going to share my experience on it. I think one and a half or two years back I have purchased a hp pc with windows 8 operating system. I thought it it would be nice and it was working really nice for the first few days then after that suddenly when I turned it on I displayed that configuring windows update, donot turn off your pc I waited for sometime and after that it dispalyed that failure configuring windows update then I turned off my pc and the next day when I turned it on again it was the same problem then while searching on net and calling service centre I got thr solution to that problem. But till now also within a few days this problem occurs. I am fed up with this problem and according to my experience if you are going for windows 8 please donot go for it. If you want a solution to this problem then listen to this - when you turn on your pc press shift or f10 key continuously then you will find an option of troubleshoot click on that and after that click on reset or refresh thrn after sometime your pc will turn on. Thank you.

Window 8 has given us the different version compare to its all previous windows till 7.Although the speed of window is very fast within few seconds you get the your computer desktop appearing on the screen.But few limitation has not made this window much of use to the people.

There are lot of functions that you found on the desktop from start menu to all the software inbult and that e we install too you will get on the screen with big icons.thats the only thing I like in this window.

Installation process of this window is lenghty and it takes a lot of time to install and sometimes error too shows and then reinstallstion process so time consuming.

The limitstion of this window is the hide feature of its start menu and you need to put on the arrow at corners to get the icon visible but sometimes you did not show the start menu and you need to adjust the arrow untill you get the start menu visible thats the only thing annoying me alot and the reason too ininstall the app.

I have borrowed my friends laptop for a few days, and it has windows 8 on it, after using it for a while I got so frustrated with it I decided to write a review on it.

My first and foremost impression of the OS after using it for 5 minutes is that its very unconventional but not in a good way, they simply cut the OS from its roots. Everything is different in this OS compared to its predecessors so I found it hard to use.

Aside from being unconventional it has nothing user friendly, the options and layout are so complex it took me a lot of time to get a hang of it. At first I could not even figure out how to turn off the laptop.

This OS features the Metro UI, it is technically a bunch of boxes which are different applications, in my opinion they look hideous, Microsoft tried to style up the UI but failed and smashed the interface in the process. They removed the Start button, and in its place we get the ugly metro screen. I honestly did not find any visual improvement in the OS if I compare it with Windows 7, and there are many softwares which are totally incompatible with this OS which is very disappointing.

I would never ever use or recommend Windows 8, cause when it comes to productivity this OS lacks everything on every aspect, it would take a lot of time just to learn and know how to work through this OS which would be an utter waste of time, while we are working. So its a big NO to this OS.

This is micro - soft release after windows 7,

windows 7 was a great windows at that time, but in this changing world that gets old and now windows need to be updated! so,

Micosoft had released a new verson of windows, that is windows 8!

It was expected that window 8 will be again a huge success for microsoft, but I didnot happned!

Windows 8 has many great problems in it!

some of the problems are:-

the color of the windows 8_ every thing was BLUE, start blue, settings blue, and every thing in the pc was now only blue and this I persanally hated it!

the windows also has got some new feature but those was very bad, like start from the screen was removed from taskbar!

and this was a big problem, because it was a new thing and we wore not in habbit of using a windows in which task bar has no start button!

windows store in win 8 was the worst! there was very very very little amount of apps in that! and many of them was useless! and till now also many useful apps are not present on windows store !

INSTALLATION was same as it was in win7!

But addition feature was there but of no use!

services and support of the microsoft was not there as I was not connected to internet!

over all this was not a windows which I ever liked!

Hi friends I want to share my personal experience about windows 8 operating system it is a failed OS version because at first it releases this windows 8 version every one pc gets hanged by this version.and it undergoes lagging if any app opens it stays for a time and it opens by this of lagging microsoft introduced windows 8.1 and it was well developed and good in use and it does not lags the screen and installing the OS is fast and easy the features are aldo good but in case of windows 8 there is a fault and windows 10 having same problem as windows 8 and then windows anniversary is better now

I had installed windows 8, and after using it for 3 hours more or less I switched to windows 7. I found the Windows 8 to be very non user friendly, took me a lot of time to just close an application let alone switch to other stuffs. The metro UI looks congested and hideous, the exclusion of start menu doesn't help either, an OS is supposed to be simple while useful, but this is exactly opposite to that, I was really irritated after using it for a while. To be honest, if its this much troubling for me its going to be really hard for older people to get accustomed to this OS. I would recommend not to use this OS, either go for windows 7 or windows 10.
