Total Support HelpDesk is very rigid and it is unable to incorporate the changes that are much needed in today's day and time so I am not happy with Total Support HelpDesk.

Total Support HelpDesk is great at support. They have an email address for questions, a web forum, internet relay chats, a mailing list and wikis.
This software has excellent features that enables me to do my tasks really quickly and it has doubled my productivity, so I am really glad that is software exists.

Total Support HelpDesk slows down my computer to such an extent that I would never use Total Support HelpDesk again. It is simply terrible.
The customer service team of this software company is really good and they ensure that your queries are solved quickly and efficently.
This software is extremely easy to use, no matter whether you are an advanced computer user or not so much and working on this software is easy on every platform.
This software is very flexible so it allows you to work smarter, not harder. This system is very secure and safe so I do recommend this software.
You can easily modify or remove the software's functionalities without hampering the current operation and this is something that I highly appreciate.
