Having used this on my desktop for many years -(ten?) it is very disappointing that the programme has gone downhill(and reached the bottom?) Their customer service is very poor - handing one on to different people and having to start over with the same problem.

The actual ISSUE was that their server was reportijng that UPDATES could/were not being sent out, but this was not being addressed at all by their customer service people.

Also they request screen shots, but the Windows 11 shots could not be dragged into their chat box. Then they wanted me to go to their Whats App, but putting in the given address did not find any result.

Since other reviews rank QH very low it is obvius that this is not a one off set of circumstances.

After expire liscance of quick heal we do not active it and it is not scan pc or laptop properly . So we can say that quick heal hang pc .
