Onespy customer service is Very poor, they don’t work on the weekends. And so many programs need to uninstall for installation of this software, which r not described before purchase. program is very buggy and when customer service responds they tell you that they have a new update to repair bugs, but you have to re-install. It’s hard enough to get installed the first time, how do I install every week?, it is not a good program. I do not recommend.Refund process is so difficult.

It's just today I came to know about this software, their website is impressive and looks totally professional. I had a chat with them on whatsapp and all was good. I asked for demo and they said we take 2000 rs as security so that I don't misuse their software, I paid to them and got their link and my account to use it. The trail was only for 12 hours. That's ok.

I used it on a mobile, I was facing some issue so I made a call to support team. They don't know how to talk. I was thinking if I dialed a wrong number, he was talking like an illiterate person. He asked me to try the software on another phone because my phone was 4.2 android so he suggested to check on android above 4.3. He gave command from there and deleted the app from my phone. In the evening I installed the app on another device. Then I tried to login on online portal to check then it showed that my username exists. I sent a message to them on whatsapp, he asked me when u login, I said in the afternoon and before I type my second line( I wanted to say that I logged in in afternoon on another device and now I'm testing on another device) he just started saying - Don't lie.(Do any company person talk like this!). I was still typing to complete my sentences, I erased it and said I don't lie, first listen to me. Then he asked me to call. I made a call to him. He didn't let me speak even a single word, he was taking like a police man to make me accept my mistake and say Yes I lied. He was literally shouting on me and saying I lied and he has all the records that I loggin on a device in afternoon and now I changed the device. I said this is what I wanted to say but u didn't listen. He was still shouting. I asked him to talk politely but no, he was talking like a mad man. I finally disconnected the call.

Now they have my 2000 rupees which they are not returning obviously because they are fraud, they still have track on that phone which I think I'll have to sale out because even factory reset don't delete the app. And they also sent some command and I lost everything on my phone. So finally it was a bad day for me and I had loss of 2000 rupees+ sale our phone depreciation.

Dont try their software even for trial. You will regret.

Hi friends! today I am going to share my experience with onespy with you.my personal experience was not good with onespy because their price and service are not good the price are really high than any other brand and the service is also not good .what I dislike about their products is that they do not maintain their products.they do not send any type of help or something to operate it.i think the people who are busy in their daily life and are not able to keep eyes on their childrens should buy this because this helps you to monitor the works your childrens are doing.this software is good but I will not recommend you onespy infact try for other brands.

I had ordered through toi one mobile phone and one spy camera and one spy phone vide oder no. 200911160818272. I have received all the three items. infortunately the spy camera and spy phone were sent to me without instruction manuals. I had made a complaint to toi was give a complaint to toi was given a complaint number 20287 and was asked to contact you on phone 040 27363454. after tryingfor more than 9 days I was able to contact your sales excutive mr uday on 11 of month . when I enquires about noninclusion of manual mr uday very bluntly told me that manual will not be provided. this was experience with them still I am not getting the instructiuon manual by them dont recommened this product onespy to anyone.

I am going to share my personal experience with Onespy. Onespy concept is very nice and unique but do not any charge or small charge of this service, its is good and very useful for all people.

I was used this service approx one week as a demo. This service is not so good and also charge some amount for this service and it is not work every place.

This service is not good every time, its give wrong information some time. If you are living a busy city then it is for you otherwise do not used this service.

I have been cheated by this company  They claim to hack any mobile phone and retrieve all messages, call recordings and data on the phone.

But in reality the software does not work.  They will NOT give you even one day trial which you can check on their website https://onespy.in.

How much ever you ask them, the onespy team will never give you trial of their software.  And they will lure you to buy by making you pay the full amount.  They will say that if the software does not work, they will refund you within 24 hours.  But how many times you raise the complaint they will reply arrogantly to you.

Never ever trust this company.  Purchase such software only from reputed companies who are willing to give a free or paid trail.  Any software company should give the opportunity to make an informed decision for the buyer.

If you are already a victim of this company, file a legal case against them with the cyber crime cell and in your near consumer court.

Onespy is the best way to monitor your loved one because of it gives you real time location of your kids and all your relatives  you want to secure.

you're very worried about them so it will help you to find the location of them there are very advantages of this allows you to a person and also ueseful for kids.

The another best feature of this is that it also record the call then you listen recordings after completing the fall so it detects record of all your incoming and outgoing calls which help you to store your important  call data.

I bought onespy software after lot of search over internet. First off, call recording is awesome with internet off, easy to access. Its operating is very easy with all expected feature. All the features managed with their icon which make my search very easy & every update show in very systematic way.

After purchased I was concern about data security but after sharing my doubts with technical team I assured that my data is highly safe & protective. And I can operate it any time any where as per my schedule. It is easy as much as I operate my other online account.

Recently subscribed to this software to monitor my employee mobile. I bought a htc phone and they said that it works well and evry thing is fine and so bought the software but after i installed they said that the hardware of my mobile wont support 2 side conversations and when called them a couple of times to ask them which mobile it supports they responded quite harshly.

11 of course customer has a lot of queries and its their duty to clear that but to rude after a couple of calls the guy simply said that he dont like to much calls and there are many more customers to deal with and he said " if u want i can give a money back but no more questions" really annoyed with this kind

May be the software works right but quite arrogent customer support will never be back here and never recommend to anyone
