I was very excited after installing the NPAV but I was unexperienced with antiviruses.I had saved many non-supported media files on my computer when I run the full scan it deleted all that files.

I was very shocked at that time that without my permission how it could be possible, NPAV showed me that these files were harmful for your computer so NPAV deleted it from your computer without any external permission.NPAV does not understand the extensions which are not supported by the media players and some readable files too.

You can easily check by renaming any living file to other extensions like file.tkk or file.ht it would delete it as malicious programs are deleted by default .I don't like this antivirus because it deleted my many secert files and data.And I would never recommend anybody to buy the antivirus.

When called to their cutomer care support they told me NPAV only deletes malicious programs which are harmful for your computer so it deleted that kind of files.Even they were not ready to keep my words.So bad support for the customer.Don't ever think to have this antivirus.

I have used many antivirus and when net protector was released and turned popula.

I thought of giving it a try. so I ordered it and used it. first of all the antivirus is a low budget antivirus. it is reliable, it is fast but sometimes it gives me some problem as first problem it gave me was when I tried to install the antivirus so after inserting the disc the computer would hang when I click the install button so had to face problems installing it. but yeah it is easy to use and it has a lot of features but most of them are unwanted features which simply increases the load on the computer and it also slows down my computer sometimes and the most disturbing feature is that it starts the virus and spyware scan automatically at any time. so sometimes when I am doing a critical work putting pressure on the computer.

It just adds an extra pressure over it. So this are some of the reasons that make me dislike the antivirus and prevents me from providing all the rating stars.

Has anyone noticed that NPAV creates virus on it's own?

When I was scanning with NPAV I found that it shows a folder named GlobalUpdate which was not there in my system. It shows that NPAV creates viruses on its own and shows the same viruses as a result of scanning, as if it was found in our system. Really worst antivirus, Support is also not good. They provide worst customer support.  Even their executives don't have talking manners.  Also executives ask the same questions again and again.

Their customer support phone numbers take too long to get connected. During live chat they leave the chat in between without answering our questions.

Executives can't speak English. Even though we ask question in English they start speaking hindi or marathi. So cheap support.
