Hi everyone Today I am writing to review on Microsoft outlook 2010.

Outlook is one of the application of Microsoft office package and used to get mail from exchange server.

Advantage:

1) This is s really great application for use corporate email and I think most of the company used this.

2) It gives large volume disk space to save many thousands mail in your mailbox.

3)Also calendar provide the facility to arrange Meeting according schedule.

4) Also cisco webex and other add ins also use for video conferencing.

5)Also you can store offline mail in the form of .pst files.

6) And microsoft provide great facility to get yous missed conversation into your mailbox.

Disadvantage

1) Its a great mailing app but hang the application is most common issue.

2) I am using this application since last 1.5 years but hanging the application is main issue for this

3)When I start to work in this application its stuck out and after restart.

So over I love this side but its issue of hang is also make this application unusable.

Also micoft provide outlook android application and that is also hang out so if possible try to use your company's mail application.

Email is equivalent to new generations post only better. All the official works in todays life done via email even marketing is also done via it the best part is it is very fast and more reliable as you always have another copy. Also you can send it to a group email different emails and also attched almost all kind of documents in diff sizes.

And hence here comes the application designed only for email you can use any kind of email like gmail yahoomail hotmail rediffmail exchange etc in outlook

configuration is a bit complicated for 2 step verification user but you can use skype for business or teamviewer extensions directly for business meeting through it.

its also works offline you can send mail to anyone offline and when you connect online then the mail will sent .

You can add different rules create folder and assign them according to the rules

You can block different users according the rules

outlook is also comes from microsoft so a popular name with trustship

outlook is alsmost necessary for official purpose in any kind of industry even small business or now a days personal users also uses outlook because it is convinient and hassle less and once installed easy to use .

I have a very bad experience with Outlook although it's a Microsoft product I thing they did not work much as Google works on Gmail. I use Outlook because it is a constraint for the laptop user who uses window operating system.

Outlook is a default mail for windows, whenever I click to send mail on any website it send me to Outlook but I use Gmail because this is simpler in use you don't have to bother to find the features and function, but if we talk about Outlook Function and feature they really bad still I did not know how to use Outlook because they made it difficult.

I have Microsoft screen lock in my lappy that why I created Outlook account then after I think to use it for sending emails but still it too complex mailer.

The user interface is an average, feature and function are equivalent to zero. Instead of it you can use Gmail a GOOGLE product

It comes up with microsoft package when you install it in your computer and you need internet in order to use microsoft outlook services, it has whole lot of options just to make your work very easy and simple, many menus are there or if you need you can create many new folders according to your need, it has address book, where you can store thousands emails, you can direct sign in to skype using this email id, and other microsoft products which is very helpful when you are working professionally. There are many emailing services but when it comes to use something professionally we always prefer Microsoft outlook, in my office everyone has to pass the emails after every step of our assignment we need to cc them to the relative department also, so it was mandatory to learn it, when I first join.

But it is very user friendly and I did not face any difficulty to learn it, after learning and using it, I can say it has many useful options which other emailing services do not posses, apart from our normal emailing it very sophisticated and professional way of replying and maintaining your office ethics at the same time.

Now I am sharing my working experience with Microsoft outlook 2007. This is a very good software for accessing mails. There is a big difference between outlook and ( gmail, yahoo etc) . We can access easily mails in outlook.

Also we can find old mails easily. In outlook we can add more than one account for accessing our mails. We can make different folders and can put any special catagory mails to that folder for easy accessing.  So outlook is very usable software for accessing our mails.

There are so many emailing services available these days, even every country different type of emailing services and they use them too, but very few which are so popular, that they are used all over the world, and outlook one of them, almost every office has it, for their official emailing purpose, as it comes with so many options which are mandatory to accomplish daily basis jobs, like calendar feature, according to that you can orgainse your meeting and schedule an appointment and you can put a reminder so outlook can remind you the upcoming scheduled programmes.

It has a good library where you can store all the emails, of your clients so whenever you are to send a new email to them your outlook's library will catch it and gives that email in suggestion, so no worries and use it.

I have been using it since I got the job, and by the time they have upgraded it, in a way, so that it can be more useful for their customers, so many features have been added, so that work can be made easy and simple, you can set reminders if you have any meeting with the clients, its flag option contains so many things in it, its interface is also very simple and easy to understand, if you click on any email, it will open in the same screen and never puzzle you, all the reply, forward options are there.

It has very customized library in which you can save all the email ids you are dealing with, so no need to remember things, you can make any folder related to your work or client, no need to stick to particular folders you can create you own work related folders, which is its unique feature, so it is very useful site for professional to make your work easy and fast.

I work always in Microsoft Outlook 2010. My office staff also work on Microsoft Outlook.

I always have some issues with messages. Sometimes they didn't appear on Inbox or not on Junk folder. It take too much time to show messages. When I send email to anyone, it directly move in outbox. Even it take too much time when I start this application. I have lots of work through Outlook but it won't be able to perform.

Now, I started using Gmail for my work. Please Fix some issues in Outlook so that I use it again .

Over all it is must to have if you are working in any office you should have slight idea about, and it is really a boon for commercial purpose.

Since it is a Microsoft product, it works well with windows, and if you are using upgraded windows please install upgraded version of outlook. Previously there were hotmail.com which was almost on top, for providing free emailing services.

Now Microsoft is giving two tails with its outlook, if you want to make email it will offer your outlook.com or hotmail.com so dont worry, both will work fine, but in case if you are dealing with official emails and all, then you must use outlook because in commercial use outlook offers many options, that makes your job easy and quite handle able, you can flag you emails.

I have been using microsoft outlook live email id fro more than a year. Previously I have used both gmail and yahoo but gmail id very often hang and everybody is well known about yahoo.
