I was facing major issues using MessageBird!

I was facing major issues using MessageBird for my business communication. The interface is also very complicated and you have to navigate a lot to get to the chat section. This is one of the biggest drawbacks for the user and MessageBird needs to improve its user interface and make changes in order for the user to have a great experience using this application.

MessageBird's billing system is confusing, and I've been charged for services I didn't use or understand. The transparency needs improvement. This is a major concern for the people using this application as I have been charged more money for the services that I have not even opted for. It's best you avoid using this tool as there are major issues with it. Please do not subscribe to this application as it's not the best for business communication.

Customer Support was slow to respond and unhelpful

I had an issue with MessageBird's API integration, and their customer support was slow to respond and unhelpful. It took days to resolve a simple problem. This is by far the worst software as from a user experience point of view, it is really very bad and there are so many glitches that you will face.
