I feel this review is:
Lotus was the leader in spreadsheet once upon a time. But somewhere in its progress, Microsoft came along and swept it away. Today's young computer professional are more familiar with Excel than Lotus123.
Lotus may be an excellent product. However the demand everywhere is for MS-Office. I am not evaluating the product Lotus. But I recommend MS-Office because of its market value. There is no point in using Lotus for the following reasons-
It is not widely used.
You may find it difficult to exchange data with others.
If you are using the program to add weight to your resume then Lotus may not be of much help.
It is unfortunate that Lotus has not succeeded.
