Intellexer Summarizer is a helpful assistant in daily work: it creates a concise summary of different types of documents as TXT, HTML/HTM, DOC, PPT, RTF, PDF files, web pages and creates short summaries of patent, politics and law documents.

It faciliates my work with news and huge amounts of documents I have to read daily. I would recomment summarizer to my friends and colleagues.

First of all, it is fast and easy to use: you just need to install it on you PC, and all you need is just start working. Summarizer creates text summaries on the fly: theme-oriented, concept-oriented and structure-oriented summaries. It dramatically increases the productivity of my work with files and documents.

Secondly, it is forming concepts of the text, and you may rearrange the summary accordingly to concept tree.

The most important thing about Intellexer Summarizer I would like to mention is the lack of irrelevant inforamtion in summaries, because Summarizer removes it automatically.

Over recent years of my work with web design a great number of documents is accumulated on my computer. I think it’s time to put it into shape, to get rid of garbage. But to read all these articles is not necessary moreother most of them almost repeat each other.

Thus, Intellexer Summarizer program is useful in this case. Summarizer analyzes a text and extracts its key concepts in order a user can understand and appreciate the true sense of the text.  This program works with texts in English only but it’s better for me because all my documents are just in this language. SUMMARIZING DOCUMENTS

This program is easy-to-use.

Any document can be open either in Summarizer itself, or drag-and-drop the document in the window of the program, or to open Summarizer in(Windows) file explorer, right-click the document and click the corresponding item in the shortcut menu. Also you can summarize any copied text to clipboard.

Then Summarizer starts working automatically but it’s possible to set custom summarization options: the summary size, document theme and adjust summary by changing concepts weight of the document you are summarizing

WORKING WITH SUMMARIES – MAKING CATALOGUE

I’m pleased to announce that the developers managed to find out the solution of how to store and use all the summaries you obtain. Summarizer has a history where you can keep summaries grouped by date and a search by concepts.

Moreover each summary is presented in a form of a table where you can find a link to a document, key words(concepts) and the summary itself. This table with saved formatting is copied into MS Word so that the catalogue of important links and articles with detailed comments is created.

As a matter of convenience, I've divided summaries into groups and gave them titles. And all this process didn’t take long.

One more feature of Summarizer is that it can totalize letters in MS Outlook. Due to this program we can read only a short summary instead of reading long letters.

Thanks to Summarizer it’s also possible to surf the web – to read a summary of any page of a site without opening them. Just write a needed URL and click “summarize”
