File Zilla is an very popular File transfer protocol software.

It is one of the Open Source software.

It is also used for FTPS and SFTP transfers.

It can handle and manage transfers of multiple files at a time.

It is one of the reliable software.And it interface is cool.

We can choose our server to our need with help of quick connect option.

It can able to transfer file of size up to 4GB.

Not only it sends file we can manage speed and limit the bandwidth .

We can transfer file more securely.

Only disadvantage is that we cannot set particular time to transfer file.

it sometimes have a problem of connecting to SFTP server and fails in transferring large file over it.

Since it is an open source we can develop and more new feature to it.

FileZilla is one of the Best tool for file transfer from computer to web server. All people who are working on web developing business all very well know about  FileZilla, because most of developer use this great tool for upload files on web server. I have downloaded this software before 4 years and still using this great tool, because there no any other software available which can beat  FileZilla.

Pros:-

1) This light weight software is absolutely free and can use anyone for personal and commercial use.

2)  FileZilla have nice Graphical User Interface which help us to upload files easily without technical knowledge.

3) This can work on cross platform without any hassle also with multiple connection.

4)  FileZilla give us best speed for transfer files, also showing progress reports as well successful and unsuccessful transfer details.

5)  FileZilla is easy to install and use.

Cons:-

There only one concern I can see is that the  FileZilla save our Id and Password in plain text format without encryption, so if there any virus in computer than chance to hack our credentials.

Final Thought

FileZilla is good FTP software and you can use this software for file transfer from computer to web server without any issue. I recommending this tool to all people who need transfer files on web server.

FileZilla is the easiest tool to transfer the file from my computer to the server. Well for this i just have to make the connection. And it shows me the servers file system and my file system in the same window.

So if i want to load the file on the server so i just have to drag the file from my file sytem to the server file system. Thats all i have to do. And it takes its time to load the file to the server in a sequencial manner. Also i can make multiple connection and send file through multiple connection to multiple folders on the server.
