To my surprise, I was able to automate the test cases using this tool on my own...I used to try in earlier tools, but so far didn't succeed, I am not a programmer but a business analyst....this is a very simple tool, finally there is a fresh thought in this script less new tool. kudoos to the team..

I feel this tool can be used for test management, however I didnt find time to go through. Reporting is excellent, good themes, manual test case generator is really good, had never seen earlier, this feature is a real help for our team. over all 10/10 for this tool.

When QTP is paid why people want to go for this ?Check for Selenium more features than this. This is copy paste of WatiR and other open source tool. Recently downloaded and started using this: installation itself not happened.Tool crashed so many times and data lost.

These people are saying that it is scriptless, using QTP also we can do like this.There is some option called Step Generator, it will do the same work. QTP had added advantage scripting, testers dont require scripting knowledge, they can take help of developers if they are stuck. So if scripting is there in the tools its always added added value.Never ever think the testing tool without scripting. Do you think Mercury (current HP), Rational, Seague people are stupid ?

It is a software tool for automating functional tests. It works on windows platform (XP, 2003, vista and windows 7). It supports following platforms Web (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), Standard windows application (VB, VC, Delphi. SmallTalk etc), .Net (Winforms, WPF, Silverlight), Java (Swing, Awt, Swt. Jdk1.3 and above), Oracle e-business suite (R10 and above), Flex (3.5 and above), universal mobile emulator support. It has inbuilt keyword driven framework. It comes with practical and well thought test harness. It generates elegant test reports with scientific drill down.

Test artifacts (requirement, test case, object register, test suite, exception handlers, test reports) are all stored in central database (they support MS-SQL, MySql, Postgres, Oracle).
