7 Zip

Most of you people don't know about this feature of the Open source 7Zip software . By compressing the files you can make it impotent to any virus attacks on the system. The virus when first enters into the system it attacks the Temp/System 32 Folder and makes shortcuts of the files, etc. There are different types of viruses that harm our computer. Some people might not want to use the antivirus program because they may slow your computer system.

7 Zip is used for Compresion and decompression because the compression ratio of this software is highest among the WinRar and winzip. It compresses to about 43% when used by best method while WinRAR does it to only 34% by it's best method.

Installing and using of the 7Zip software is a bit complicated but once you get it it seems very easy and fast.

I use 7 ZIp Utility software from 2011 and I must say this software is just awesome it only took 7 Mb Space on disk  and 5.6 MB ram as resource. and basically this 7-Zip is an open-source file archiver which run on Windows, MAC & Linux Distros. This is an  application used primarily to compress files to collocate size of file.

I also use WinZIP ], WinRAR and ZIPPA for few days to compare with this 7Zip but I failed to collocate because this 7Zip has a magnificent ability to control

Taking about the features it has:

Most of the people are using PC or laptops and they used to send the files across the network and it is little difficult to send the small files individually. So it is best to use some compression software to compress all the small files in one folder and send that zip files to others.

By using this 7 ZIP we could reduce the file size to great extent and it will result in one file which is easy to transfer.
