Zyppys is a travelling company which provides you a cab for your travelling convenience. I also call there centre to book my cab, when I call they said that your cab is booked and it reaches at your address but they did not send anyone on the day for which I booked that cab.
When I call them they said that you have to came to there place.
This is very bad as earlier they said that the cab is reached at your address but now they are saying that I have to come there.
After getting my cab the another problem started and that it about the driver who is very rude, he is not answering to my any questions, he drives the car very fastly which may be very dangerous.
The tour operator is not helpful and my whole journey is very inconvenient due to the car which the driver is driving very fast got damaged and require repair 2 times in the whole journey.
Finally I will say that this travelling services provider are not good as there customer services are very poor, there tour operators are not helpful.
