Here's the reason I could never at any point book a zoomcar:- Got a call 15 mins. prior to the outing begin saying that the conveyance of the auto will be deferred by 30mins. as the horn of the auto was not working. The auto conveyance kid got to us after 30mins in a similar condition saying that the workshop was shut and the horn couldn't be repaired. The XUV500 that we got seemed as though it was a 10yr old auto. Gouges and scratches everywhere. Tires were completely exhausted, A/C wasn't powerful. Furthermore, to add to it, the auto insides were all dusty. They never tried to clean the auto we got the auto. They guarantee an auto with full tank fuel. Nonetheless, we got one which was demonstrating just 40% full. We needed to ring their client benefit n-times who never fretted over the condition of the auto. They simply kept us sitting tight for long times and exchanging calls from one dept. to other - simply terrible. Acknowledging nothing would transform, we chose to begin our adventure and we were 2 hrs deferred through the greater part of this.! I promise I will never at any point book a ZoomCar in my life.
