I have had many problems with the after sales service provided by the company. Recently we had another bad experience and the problem hasn't been rectified for over 20 days.
The motor of the filter that pumps the water started leaking on July 24th. When we woke up that morning, the kitchen was flooded with the water. We filed a complaint on July 24th (#364521502) and it has not been taken care off till date. Seriously guys, just stay away from this company. The amount of marketing efforts from other brands such as Kent RO, makes me believe that they will provide better service. I don't see anyone in my friend network buying Zero B and they don't have a toll free number for service complaints any more.
If the purifier works, it is great but when it doesn't, there isn't anyone you can talk to.
