I purchased Zenith PC in Sept 2009 with 3 yrs warranty. During the last 2.5 ys, it has been down for more than 6 months - mother-board problem, monitor issues and other break-down. Its not starting up again and the dealer (Durga Computer in Noida) is saying he's not responsible to provide service after 1 yr (sounds like he has been doing a favour so far) and Zenith customer care head says I should get the computer to their centre - onsite service is to be provided by the dealer - passing the buck around.
Overall, poor build quality. The 3 yrs warranty helped though there were long spells of down-time. Shall not recommend this to anyone.
