My reason of review here is that the pathetic service providers like you improve their service. When I came to Pune, I was unaware of the Internet service providers, from the Internet I came to know about You broadband.
I have roamed in several cities but never seen such a pathetic service providers like you. After just using the service during the first 15 days, I registered the complaint for slow net speeds .I started dialling customer care centres and tey told that they will reach in 4-5 hours. But two days went after, and the technician never came.
May be the technician has gone to Mars for searching my address. Just left with no option, I disconnected the service.
So guys don't be fool by their advertisements, they Show that they offer unlimited 100 mbps but its an illusion or a mirage in a DESERT.
