I regularly do online shopping and for this matter also started shopping from Yebhi.com which was really my fault. Infact I would never recommend any one to have any product from yebhi and with the offers they provide they have only one intention that is to cheat customers.
I have faced not once but twice instances and willl share with you with the details:
1. Yebhi Order no. YBH818982 ordered on 24th Nov. I ordered 9 products and I received just 3 of them.
I tried calling customer care each time they cut the phone saying to hold asd they are transferring to their seniors. After 10-15 call I could reach a person who committed that he will take things personally and will let me know within one day and also asked me to wait for 4-5 days as there is an issue with the courier or warehouse. The bill that I received as if I have bought only three products. Complaint no. CC1111411034 I have no idea where is this complaint right now. Each time I call with the complaint number they ask me what was the complaint. For around 20 minutes I have to describe the things and then they transfer my call to senior where actually they cut the phone.
- Height was then when I ordered again - Order No. YBH846550. Ordered 9 Products received 7and 2 of them says will be shipped in 48 hours for last 7 days. I was surprised to see one product in which actually I ordered a Reebok Belt with MRP 1299. I received a Reebok cover with MRP 1299 and full seal packed. When I opened the box there was a lady local second hand belt with MRP 399/- Even the Tag is just fixed by hand. I raised complaint and offcourse I received a senti message as they are feeling very sorry for this as if they are really feeling shy.
I am sure I will never buy any product from Yebhi now onward.It is very difficult to trust some one who has given two good examples of cheating. If you want to know other detials I am available at 9742266875
