I went to Manali, Himachal Pradesh for 5 days, The customer emergency line is always busy, I had to send mail for each and every issue I faced. by the time the support team respond, I could solve the issue by myself.
I had to pay for the return drop from the hotel to Bustand. as the travel agent was not able to provide me a car on time, he asked me to go by autorickshaw.
yatra never share the requested details properly about the trip even after following up many times.
Yatra promised me English speaking drivers but it never happened, even after requesting during the trip.
yatra shows the worst way of planning a trip
We customers dont need a travel agency to book a hotel room alone.
total failure of tour arrangement.
Please donot use yatra for any trip. It will spoil your money time and good time with loved once
