Guys, I am 100% sincerely writing this review. Expressed interest for Srilankan holidays through Yatra.com. Next day itself Customer care'so called' person called. As usual Big talks. Sent estimate to the email. After all, continuously calling for 2 days until I paid 5000/- for booking the trip!(My Life's Biggest Mistake).
After 1 week, I sent follow up email regarding schedule payment and onwards journey plan. No response. Tried to call. No response! OK, Finally found Yatra CEO Mr. Dhruv email id and emailed him. NO RESPONSE!
What a* company is this. SO BAD AND GOT EMBARRASSED.
