Booked a hotel for 3 persons with breakfast and dinner in a hotel in Lonavla. When the confirmation came it mentioned booking only for one person. When checked with the hotel they said the booking didn’t even include dinner. Tried to contact customer service, no one answered the call. It’s a strategy to offer huge discounts and then change the booking facilities offered on the confirmation document.
Thought of cancelling the booking but it was doubtful if they would refund the amount. This is the price of being lured by big discounts. I would have got a better price from booking.com without huge discounts.
