Yatra is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have a homestay by the name of sea castle @kihim beach alibag. Yatra and travelguru have put up my listing on their site without my permission and moreover put up fake reviews about my property. Contacting them is of no use. When I tried booking rooms they show try some other dates as said dates not available. One of the review is of another hotel, which they have posted under my name. They show reviews are powered by tripadvisor. Tripadvisor doesn't have my place listed.
