I feel this review is:
I had paid for the thailand VISA, but the yatra associate forgot about the VISA and I had to follow up with her. Initially she refused for the VISA as it was too late because she forgot about it. When I asked the refund fees for VISA she agreed to process VISA in mumbai and finally I had to collect the passports at mumbai airport at 2 in the morning of actual flight date. This was a real nightmare for me as I could miss the flight because of not having passports with me.
I had paid for a city tour in Bangkok but was not provided this tour when I was in Bangkok.
Even for every other thing from making remaining payment to getting the hotel vouchers I had to call multiple times.
The airlines booked was pathetic which did not even offer water on the flight.
I had paid for the 4* hotel but still the hotel provided was not even close to 3*.
The city tour provided in Phuket was just a commercial one. a visit to gems gallery, visit to pearl factory and visit to a local shop which you can do in India as well. This was just wastage of time.
