I had booked my Shimla, Manali Tour with Yatra.com.
The tour was with family and during my vacation so wanted a luxurious trip and the point was cleared with the adviser.
Sorry to mention the driver was not at all interested to show places anywhere and was too slow so as to kill time.
The hotel which was provided to me at Manali(Sarthak Resorts) was horrible in all parameters. Cleanliness is not known to them at Sarthak.
At conclusion My feeling is I have wasted money on Yatra.com, I would have planned my own way in much better way and would have saved money too.
I will never go with Yatra.com again.
