I had booked 3 tickets for jaipur chennai sector for 05/05/2018 for Indigo airlines with PNR no H8CFJ on 01/05/2018. And the same was confirmed and I had received mail for the same.
But when I tried to take a print of the tickets from indigo portal I was surprised to see the tickets were cancelled.( without my knowledge)
When I took the mater with Yatra executive on the toll free number I was informed that the tickets were cancelled from Indigo website.
I informed the executive that The tickets were not cancelled from my end, but the executive told us that they can’t do anything as the tickets are cancelled and that are not responsible for the same.
Know I kindly bring to ur notice that the tickets were booked around 10.46 pm on 01/05/2018 and were cancelled by 11.00 pm(as informed by the executive), why will we cancel the tickets just within 15 minutes of booking and above all these one of the senior executive of Yatra had provided some IP address of jaipur from were the ticket was cancelled and he informed us that I should complaint the same with law enforcement. Know I really don’t understand that why should I take that IP address& go tracking IP address and why should I be suffered for no fault of mine.
This is seriously not done.Aviod using Yatra ??????
