I would like to write a review about this website. Yahoo mail is very familiar to everyone. I have been using this mail since 2007. Still I am using this yahoo mail.
Earlier this was the best site for online chatting, mailing and all. It has the option for downloading yahoo mail app and messenger. Installation is very easy and won't take more time. But now it's usage became reduced and everyone engaged in another other social medias.
They are not upgrading new features. Now it's market value became down and they are not trying with any new technology which is comfortable for users.
If Iam sending huge number of mails, those all are getting failed due to some technical errors. Even for attaching files also it's taking more time.
That's what I am using some other services for the same.
I can't tell this is user friendly. The options are very less and difficult to understand. Sometimes it won't work due to some technical problems. Even my friends also reduced using this mail, so that I can not see anyone for online chat.
And this is not secured. We can't trust this mail. Especially for business people, using this is highly risk. Because many customers personal documents in this are hacking by hackers.
The customer service is very pathetic. There is no customer care contact number. If we ask any queries also they won't give any reply soon.
So now I am not happy to use this service and reduced using this email.
