I had given a Xolo Q 2000 black, IEMI No- 911337800013546 phone to the service center on 23rd Jul'14 and have not received any update yet. Such Pathetic service from a Xolo brand can't be acceptable. I tried several times Xolo customer support numbers and service center numbers but still my handset not repair and not getting any proper response how many more days they need to repair the same. Present life handset is the soul but now I think Xolo can't try to understand the his users pain, After purchase a Xolo phone u feel like only Xellooo with this handset so my advice for all the new users don't buy this brand phone bcz after that you faced such pathetic service,
Xolo team I am the EMP of Times of India so now I don not need your brand Phone so refund my money soon. Else we take a legal action against you, treat this massage as a warring fist & last so wake up no body wait in preset life more than 20+ Days for repair a phone in Metro cities
