This is a very unethical and unprofessional packers and movers services provided. The owner Mr. Praveen is just concerned with money. He charges at par like other renowned packers and movers company but the services were not up to the mark. He is more like an agent and doesnt have any setup to run a packers and movers company. Doesnt have vehicles of his own.
The items were damaged and in spite of paying for the insurance , there has been no response on the insurance process. He even directed the truck driver to collect the balance amount before delivering the items. There was no workers provided for unpacking the stuff even after repeated requests.
The head office numbers of delhi which are provided on his bills dont work.
Please avoid this company for your relocation need and look for renowned ones.
