While growing through my title , I would like to share my experience . As I dont work in wns but I would like to share the experience.
My cousin brother went there for a interview and I just assisted him to reach the office. He has experience of 3 yrs. My brother cleared the interview. But while discussing package they increase only 30000 in the previous package and it was night shift to work . At the same time they wont offer any extra incentives or free cab facility .
My brother rejected the offer and he is now well placed in Infosys.
Really Guys this company offers very low package as comparison to other companies.
Please dont waste your fruitful time while attending their interviews.
