I have booked Taxi on 30th Oct 2013 with Wings Pune RPN3185901. Taxi book for 8PM. Taxi doesn't reach on time I called them multiple time and Customer care always response with Taxi will come in 5 -10 min. On 8:30 PM, customer care told me taxi will be there in 15 mins. When I told them I have to catch the bus at 9.30 PM and if Taxi wont reach in 15 mins I will miss the bus. Customer care told me make the second arrangement, I told them not possible as Taxi or autos are not easily available in my area. I argued that you should have told me earlier. Customer care cut the phone.
I arrange other transport paying extra money but bad luck I am not able to reach on time and missed the bus. In between I receive a message from Wings at 9.38 PM about the Taxi Details but it's of no use.
Do not trust Wings if you have time constraints. Also please suggest other channels, I can aware people about POOR services provided by Wings Cab.
