Hello friends today I share my personal experience about WD my passport ultra 4 tb hard disk drive. I purcahsed this hard drive. because I am a big fan of movies so I purcahsed this hard drive from online store. I purchased this hard drive in 12000 rupees. this hard drive support usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 both but this hard drive disconnected many times. so I contact customer care and they hear my all isuue and they try for resolving my issue and finally they resolve my issue but after 1 week of usage same problem comes again. this is my all problem with this hard drive. this hard drive is not value for money.
